          On October 15, 2019 BBB initiated an investigation on the business after a court case came to our attention. Upon further review BBB found we received four complaints in a short period of time from consumers who said they paid for windows adn doors which were not delivered, and the business was not responding to calls and requests for assistance. Several consumers said insurance checks had been signed over to them in the Spring and no work had been done, and items were not ordered. 

          During the course of the investigation, BBB was able to determine the address Advantage Window and Door claimed as their own, 1900 Polaris Parkway, Suite 450, Columbus, OH 43240 is that of PS Executive Center, a company offering virtual offices. 

          On October 18, 2019, BBB shared their findings with local law enforcement. On Nov. 19, 2019 BBB's Board approved final expulsion and revocation of BBB Accreditation.
