If i could have given zero stars I would have! Safelite came out a week ago and replaced a window in our 2005 Toyot Scion. The install was not done correctly leaving the seal flpping around the window. We were on a schedule to have this car shipped to the west coast. As soon as we drove this car and realized the problem we reached out to make a new appointment. We were told that our tech Wade could come out in two days. Wade stated he would arrive between 12-2pm, then he said it would be 3, then after 4pm. I contacted the Nashville branch and spoke with Jerrod and asked Jarrod why customers that were serviced over a week ago with an incorrect install weren't immediately put at the top of the line before they serviced new incoming customers. Jerrod said they have no way to control how the route is set up and that they didn't care that the install was bad they were going to get to us and fix it when they could. Awesome customer service, Just kidding .... He hung up on me and will not answer his phone now I highly recommend using anyone other than Safelite. If you try and find a customer service number with a real person its nearly impossible. Even when you find the number the lady at the Atlanta call center kept me on hold for 35 minutes. She came back and apologized and stated she couldn't get the Nashville office to answer the phone. she gave me Jarrod's number and he was rude and hung up. Wade our tech also had an attitude about our repair. Please reconsider using Safelite if you have any options at all.. Poor customer service!!!! My other favorite thing is when reading all these reviews all they reply with is sorry about that call us if you have any further concerns What a joke!

The worst display of professionalism I've ever encountered, after purchasing a window that I had broken safelite installed a new one, weeks after,i used my max rear defroster an notice smoke inside my truck I immediately pulled over an soon after that my window exploded, after that I took it back to safelite,showed the employee's because a manager (mike) was not present, an a manager needed to be present to handle my issues, I then left bc he took to long an then he called me, without even seeing my truck he place blame on me to where I drove back so he could see it with his own eyes for the first time. He's then insisted that I broke the window, I quickly disputed that to, to where I realized I had to go up the chain of command, got corporate involve to where they told me i had to prove it was my defrost, took it to ford with pictures to where they could see a fire had started due the illumination in the picture,safelite agreed to fixing my window,but I had to pay the labor which made no sense but I agreed to it to hurry up an get my window fixed,weeks later I finally got a appointment to get my window fix, that was not at the same location nor the same city, upon safelite delivering my window to another location they said the window had been broken,the 2nd appointment that was made for me I called in advance to make sure that had the window on site an they did not,the 3rd time they tried to give me a different window that didn't even have the sliding motorized window 6 months later I'm still with out a window an they continue to give me the run around, do not have high expectations an make sure you check your windows out thoroughly.

Soooo today, I had to go to Safelite in Buford and, as always, I arrived early. Waited about 10 mins and was guided in by my window installer. Went inside, watched some TV, an hour and a half go by, my phone text said the tech was done and would be right out. Tech comes in to get me and starts talking then said " I had an accident. I want to be honest with you. My foot slipped and I broke the dashboard. I've already told my manager as well. My question is WHAT IS YOUR FOOT DOING ON THE DASHBOARD OF MY TRUCK? I'M TRYING TO PICTURE IT. I CANNOT! Paid my bill and told the manager to be ready for the quote to replace my dash. Every time I go there, I get my trucks damaged. This is the same place that RUINED my windshields in Big Mack as well. Safelite WHAT ARE YOU TRAINING THESE GUYS TO DO EXACTLY???

If I could give zero stars, I would. They scratched my car in three different places because the tech was wearing a belt and wasn’t supposed to be. They are now avoiding my calls and not responding to me. No email communication, no phone call communication, nothing. They do not want to pay to have the body shop take off the decals on my car and replaced. Given where the car is scratched, it HAS to be taken off and replaced. They want me to get another estimate from a different body shop. They have lied to me and said the estimate says they need to take the windshield out for the other part of the car that is scratched. It doesn’t say that on the estimate, at all. I will be contacting the district manager but I do not have any hope. I was only given an email address, no phone number for the district manager. This has been going on for three months. This is absolutely ridiculous. Take ownership of what you did and fix the problem.

After submitting my Tesla for glass repair on MONDAY, June 24 2024 at 6654 Jimmy Carter Blvd, I was told the original replacement glass shattered and it would be ready no later than Wednesday, June 26th (not a few hours). I understood and complied, as these things tend to happen. Throughout that day, I noticed alerts on my phone notifying me that my front trunk and passenger door were open the rest of the day and that evening until the very next. I confirmed this by looking at the sentry camera and saw that the mirror camera was disconnected, and my passenger door was indeed open. I received a call on Tuesday morning at 10:30/11 that my car was ready for pickup, ahead of schedule. After receiving my keys, I drove off the lot and was IMMEDIATELY hit with 12v Battery error messages. My car shut down in the MIDDLE OF THE STREET requiring me to call a tow to Tesla HQ in Duluth, GA. What was meant to be a quick pickup and an 8-minute drive home, turned into a several-hour ordeal costing me hundreds of dollars in tow truck fees and battery replacement, all during work hours which required me to miss 2 important work-related meetings. I called the location the next day to speak to a manager and was informed that all of the managers were in meetings and would call me back once the receptionist pulled my record. Currently, it is Jul 4 1:15 pm and I am still waiting on a phone call from a leader at 6654 Jimmy Carter BLVD to hold the mechanic responsible for leaving my doors open for a full 24 hours, draining my battery for which I'm STILL dealing with to this day in tow and repair fees.

wasn,t happy with the 'off center' windshield installation, let the installer know. then it developed a stress crack about 5 inches long. the crack keeps getting larger - without the suv ever being driven. now the crack has branched out, and almost all the way up the windshield. a tech came out to replace under warranty and said that after sending pictures to all the professionals that it was decided it was an impact crack. the point of impact being right where the new crack just developed, 4 months later. remember, it started out to be a 5 inch crack. the point of impact that they claim is 14 inches away from the edge where the crack started. there is or has been no impact, but they say otherwise.we only use them a couple times a year, but never again, and will let our customers know to find another company for thier glass issues.

They screwed up my car's cameras when replacing the windshield. They didn't take responsibility or try to resolve it. They cost me weeks of time when I couldn't use my car. They cost me time having to bring my car to the dealer to get the trivial issue fixed. The manager lied to me and to Safelite corporate multiple times about the situation. The manager gaslighted me, trying to claim there was no problem, and then that the problem was not their fault. I would not trust this location or its manager.

?? ?? ?? I recently had a tiny rock chip in my windshield. During the tiny chip repair, the technician cracked the windshield. Safelite's video says they guarentee NOT to cause further cracking, is obviously false advertisement, maybe they should be more specific with this video and stop giving customers false security that their techs will be careful with their windshields? You have now caused a simple and FREE repair become a complete windshield replacement to cost well over $440 . This "quote" on the window Safelite cracked, does NOT include the additional costs for the window calibration that they are saying needs to be done at a dealership even though their site says you calibrate windows themselves! Liars! ?? Now all of a sudden they don't? So my quote from a reliable window reputable replacement quoted me $880 plus a recalibration. That's crazy! I'm a firm believer in Karma. What goes around comes around and people need to be well aware of what your company is up to! Safelite AutoGlass Do you really think a customer is that stupid to schedule with you again, after that!?!? I think not! "We take care of you". More like you will take advantage of us, if we are not babysitting you while you are "repairing our windshield! ?? Stop being a shady business, word spreads, it is NOT good for business. . Safelight warrior?!?! Lol, yeah warriors to make more money off of the customer. SMH. I am deeply disappointed with Safelite's service and carelessness. I strongly advise against using their services in the future unless you want to go through the same thing that we had to. I'm sure it happens quite often! We will NEVER have our windows repaired from you again.

Safelite Auto discount Scheme. Safelite Auto had some type of discount promotion that they signed my dad up for $60 off for service for my vehicle. No Expiration, the guy told us we could hold on to it and use it whenever. Call the company, they have no record, saying the discount is outdated, and it doesn't matter because my insurance will pay the most for the repair. It's the principle and the fact that we're out of money for a so-called discount that was a scheme for the company to begin with all to get a sale.

Safelit made 3 appointments with me. The first they canceled because they did not have the windows yet. OnThe second , the repair person came out, but reported he had the wrong windows. On the third, the repair person did not show up. My repair was supposed to be handled by *****, according to *******, the consumer care person and no one ever got back to us.
