      I placed an order from Facebook with a young lady whom I've ordered long time ago. Items were few sweat suits, and a robe set. I wasn't able to cash app, so I did ******* to ******* with her info. I sent her $194 on 3/25/24 and I waited a week then tried connecting her veyo text from her phone and inbox from Facebook. She first stated she is kind of backed up and do this all by herself. I said ok waited then made attempts to contact her by phone,and because I kept trying reach her by phone she threatened to block my number and on Facebook if I continued to call her personal phone. But I'm like you have your payment since 3/25 and here we are at 4/19 ? and I've still not gotten any information on my merchandise or email if and when it will be shipped? Her name is ********* ***** **** ******* ***** ******** **** ***** cellphone ###-###-#### I believe her business is Younique Boutique? She should NOT be able to sell anything else on her Facebook page! This is unprofessional on her half of NOT STILL CONTACTING ME OR EMAIL WHEN MY MERCHANDISE WILL BE MAILED OUT!

      2/29/2024 I placed and paid for an order with ******** *****. She was paid via ********. Once she was paid, I provided my address and email. She told me she wld mail my items the next day 3/1/2024 on her way to work and provide me with a tracking number. I have reached out to Mrs ***** several times today to get my tracking info. Mrs. ***** has failed to response to any text msgs. At this point I’m counting it as a scam. Mrs. ***** has scammed many ppl to the tune of $8000 that the BBB has already made her pay back. She needs to be stopped and criminally charged for continuing to scam ppl. My amt was small so I’m not worried about it. But Mrs. ***** is still posting on Facebook that she sells items. People are still losing money as she is not sending the items out to her customers as they are paid. I will be making a criminal and or civil suit to recoup my money

      I purchased items online from ****** ***** who is the business owner. She post items from her store on Facebook for people to purchase. I ordered items in Oct, November, and January and she claimed she was mailing them out. I asked her for a refund she stated she doesn’t have it to give. I said well why would you take my money and not send the items. I tried to dispute it with cash app and they said because she accepted it that it was nothing they could do. I been texting her and calling her she blocked me on Facebook when I ask for my items and money back. It’s over 20 people on-site that is going through the same thing I am. I paid her 468.00 total for my items and shipping. It’s sad because she is a business owner and is scamming people out there money she needs to be shut down on social media and her business for doing this fraudulent activity. If I didn’t spend so much money I would forget about it but 468.00 is a lot of money to just give away. I just want my money or the things I paid for. Her one cash app she shut it down or it was so many complaints it closed it and the name changed. I been contacting her and she just keep lying about mailing the items to me.

      ********* ***** has been advertising items on fb from her store that she do not have in store. On January 22, 2022 I purchased some shoe and bags from her for $190 and never received. She began to reach out to me on fb telling me her daughter is ill that why I Haven't received package. On April 3, 2023 I purchase more bags from her in total of $260 and she promised to send all my items from January with that order. ********* ***** hasn't sent me anything all i've been getting is lies after lies one after another. I've also had other small business owner reaching out to me saying she did same thing to them. I am reaching out to the BBB because this needs to stop she is scamming and it's not right for to continue doing this to hard honest working people. Thank You

      I sent tenielle young a total of $170 for Nike and polo outfits have contacted her multiple times about my products I ordered was even offered a free outfit in exchange for the amount of time that had passed and still have received nothing even offered to go pick up the merchandise and continue to get the run around. I purchased 2 of the outfits for a family member who is now deceased due to him expiring 10 days after my purchase.

      So on February 27th I purchased 2 different orders from ********* ***** who owns this buisness, she had me pay on cash app $90, and $52. because her website was being set up to be launched the next day, And it did launch the next day so I went on the site and ordered another order for $160 than $90! I’ve never received a tracking number so I have asked her multiple times about my order and she has excuses every time it’s been 2 months in a few days. I’ve asked for refunds and she says she can’t at this time but I can exchange my items so I told her what items I wanted exchanged and she won’t answer me back and I’ve been trying to contact her everyday, but yet she is posting the items she’s supposed to ship me and selling them to other people and I’m getting nothing! I’ve spent about $400 and I want my money back because this is not ok.

      I've reached out to Ms ******** ***** on October 25th 2021 and purchased 450.00 dollars of wholesale polo sweatsuits and we are going in April 2022 and yet I havent recieved my merch, I've reached out to her on regular phone, facebook dm and text several times to her. ******** made several promise to send my order and never did, I've reached out to her and I recorded several conversations with her back and forth etc and she also blocked my number. She even went on live on face book so we can claim items and yet she will say your name saying she will work on orders and when you reach out in her live stating when is she going to work on the order, she reply back personally by inboxing staying if I leave any negative comments she will block me. I'm a single mom and I just want a refund back and I even told her send me anything that sum to 450 and again no reply. The next step I'm taking her to court for small claim

      On January 21, 2021 I purchased a self defense keychain with 2 additional add on from ********* *****. Our conversation was exchanged via Facebook messenger. My item was valued at $30. Which I paid via cash app. It was sent to Ms.***** husband’s account because she stated her cash app was having issues & provided me with his cash app. Before purchasing Ms.***** advised me my order would be shipped the next morning. I messaged Ms.***** on the 22th for an update. She then stated her daughter was sick & attached a video of a crying child. She stated she would ship later. On January 23rd I reached out for an update. No response. On January 26th I reached again, still no response. I requested a refund from the cash app account she provided. My request was denied. Months goes by, Ms.***** made a Facebook status. I commented on that status. She stated she would correct the issue. I messaged her again in May like she advised on the status. Ms.***** failed to refund my money nor did she provide me with the items I ordered. December of 2021, I commented on her Facebook post about taking from me. I removed my comments. She has failed to refund me. She has failed to provide me with my paid for items. She ignored over 10 attempts from me. This isn’t okay, it’s stealing!

      I purchased items from this seller $480 worth and she scammed me. She keeps giving me the run around this is terrible to do to people. I was told this is not her first time
