Should've read all the reviews before hiring this company!! Hired them to do a job and we are still waiting a year later for them to finish!! We have called. We have left messages. They have promised over and over and over they will get back to us. No permits were pulled to do the job in Kingsville. They received over 20K but still have not finished the job!! I will do everything to make people aware that this company will steal your Money and never finish a job!!

Nolan's father came out and diagnosed the flooding of the basement as clogged gutter downspouts. He was correct. Nolan came out and diagnosed the issue was due to the clogged line on the left of the house. He sent 1 guy out to excavate and replace the lines. The basement continued to flood. I called another company (*********) and the city came out to inspect their work. The city noticed AAA Damage Control job and failed the job and told me that AAA did not pull the proper permits nor were they registered with the city. Nolan's father came out to discuss the issue with the city. He agreed to complete the job at no charge and register with the city. AAA completed the rest of the job and passed. However, Nolan vetoed the inspection of the other lines that his father agreed to do with the city inspectors. The flooding has stopped due to the work completed by *** ****** and my basement is dry. AAA Damage Control accused me of wanting something for free. However, it should have been view as the Cost of Doing business when you do not pull permits (Nolan said permits were not necessary, but he will check) and your job fails.

They came fast, found the problem when other plumbers could not and fixed it for a reasonable price. True professionals. I will recommend them to family and friends. I actually question the negative reviews; I don't believe they are real. I was almost deterred from using them because of them. I am glad that did not stop me from hiring them.

Though we are glad the piping is fixed, no more water in basement and sewage line re-opened. (We spent $20,000) total. HANK did put in writing they would recement the part of the driveway and city sidewalk area, as well as backfill the portion of the back yard where it was dug up. That never occurred. After much communication, Hank agreed to refund us $500 dollars so we could get the supplies ourself and gravel the drive way ditch area (So we could park our car further up in the driveway) and dirt to fill in the back yard ditch area along the drive way. The allotted time for the $500. dollar reimbursement came and went. We are now contacting the Better Business Bureau

While I’ll admit, they were quick on site and quick to complete the job. But after that no contact, no follow-up. No nothing! While the contract says home owner responsible for landscaping, if you offer to return to remove debris from job and to finish the job by cutting back the huge pipe in my front yard, I expect you to good to your word. After 6 months of text and emails, I’ve gotten a single text stating we’ll be out soon to finish. I still have the old clay tile and a pipe sticking 2 foot above grade. So it makes one wonder whether or not they will honor their guarantee if needed. Hire them if you need it fast, but after that, you are on your own! Now I have to hire another crew to finish the job.

I am reporting this company because they continuously lied to me and tool a deposit of $3250 and refuse to give it back. They worked on my sewer line in the basement than put a camera into the line leading to the city hook up and showed me a video showing the entire line had collapsed. They asked for a deposit I gave it to them. Then 2 days later they said they had to wait for temperatures to reach 55 degrees. I kept asking for my money back and just kept getting pushed around until I flew back to Ohio and demanded my money. I got a postdated check from them which they later cancelled. I got a second opinion from another plumbing company who put the camera through showing the line was not collapsed and the job that was done in the basement was probably not done to code. So, after paying $7000 for that I am going to have to have the inside line inspected and bring it up to code. This company lied to me numerous times. They come across very friendly as if they are your best friend so they can rip you off. Now, they are claiming that I have to pay for the equipment they had to buy to work on my system that they didn't do because I found out they were lying to me. I'm not done dealing them yet and I plan to get every penny back. Be very careful. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I hired this company. They charged us $12,000 to mess up our front yard and not finish the job. We have pipes in the front yard sticking out of the ground where they did not come back and cover them up. My basement tub water hose has hot water that continuously runs all day and night, the hot water valve leaks when you turn it on. Nolan who claims he was the owner told us that the job would only take a week to complete, well it end up taking a month after all the calls and no shows. The customer service was terrible. I had to call him from different phones so that he would answer my calls. He can't keep doing this to people. This frauding and madness has to end. Now we have to pay out more money to clean their mess up and get the damage they caused undone.

I had these people come out for a clogged drain they gave me one price and charged twice that amount. Could not clear said they hydro jet toilet line which they did not do I must advise do not use this company it is a wolf in sheep clothes very bad .Had to get someone else to fix the problem.
