            We were in an emergency situation and I called and they told me that they would help me. The neighbor’s dog has been in labor for the last two days and nothing. I was afraid for her & pups. Because I didn’t have all the money for visit they showed us the door. She’s about 14 years old and could die. I told them the pups were alive & not to big for her all I needed was for them to look her over and see why she hasn’t had any yet. I said her water hasn’t even broke yet. I only had half the money so I was offered to apply for help but money was due at time of service. They said sorry they couldn’t help and showed me the door. So if Mae and pups die they will have murdered them. So here we set for another night of hell for her and I can’t do anything to help. They offer emergency service on the website but that’s a lie. They’re going to die and I can’t help them.
