**** ******* ** * ******** **** *** *** **** ********* **********! I signed up with this company on April 8, 2024, but didn't receive my medication until May 2, 2024. The signup process takes so long and they charge you $249 without medication (I believe they do this on purpose). The first round is suppose to last 12 weeks at the lowest dose but I made it clear from the very beginning that I was coming from another company’s compound Semaglutide regiment and needed a higher dose which I mentioned to customer services via email but was ignored. So I started at the higher dose like I was using at the other company because no one said anything and so I ran out of the medication faster. I received the second vile of medication 6/21/2024 missing a whole week of medication regiment, which threw off my schedule. For the second time I email customer services via email rising concerns about my medication dose and telling them I need to be at a higher dosage but was not listening to. So I ran out of medicine faster than expected, so on August 4th, 2024 I emailed them asking customer service via email to cancel my account and subscription which is usually billed on the 5th of each month. I was told NO and that they will be billing me for $249 for August and $249 for September! So I will be paying $498 without any medication, which is absolutely horrific!!! This company is VERY PREDATORY and apparently every time you reorder or they send you medicine in the mail you have to be billed for 3 month making 1 vile of medicine $747!!!!! Which it doesn't state this anywhere on the site or paperwork! So far I have paid $1,245 for 2 very small vile of medicine which I have run out of both time!!! I would like a refund for August (which I was charged) and for the month of September, which is $498. I asked for a refund and cancelation of my subscription 4 times via email and still have not received one. I believe this company to be a complete **** and very deceiving in the small print.

In June 2024 I ordered tirzepatide from minutemd.com, agreeing to and paying $450 for a monthly prescription. I never received the product, expressed this issue via email to the company, and was unable to procure lab work they requested due to extenuating circumstances. When I was once again charged $450 for the prescription, I requested a full refund and cancellation of the subscription, due to never receiving the product and inability to produce demanded lab work. Since the product was never sent from the company, despite their assertions that I "signed a contract" of the first month being "non-refundable", it seems wrong to be denied a refund in full considering I never received the paid-for product. It has been suggested this concerns "truth in lending law". However, I am a layperson and am unsure. I would like to either receive my purchase order or be reimbursed in full.

On 4/9/24 I entered a refill for a mediation request. I was notified on 4/9 it was processed and I would be charged $250/month for the next 3 months. Also included in their email was to expect the medication in 7-10 days. On 4/22/24 I sent a follow up email asking for a status update. No response from the business. On 4/24/24 I sent a follow up email asking for a status update with no response. On 4/27/24 and 4/28/24 I also sent an email with no response from the business. On 5/1/24 I sent another email asking for an update to now cancel my order as per their online minutemd.com FAQ section states “ “if the pharmacy had not yet processed your prescription order, we can release you from the 3 month minimum commitment as per the agreement.” I then asked for a refund and to break the commitment as nothing as been processed by the pharmacy and no medication received. I finally received a response on 5/1/24 stating I would not be eligible for refund until 6/5/24 as that is the day of the 3rd payment. I have neither received a refund nor any medication. Additionally, the first response I received since emailing for two weeks was on 5/1/24 when the original payment and refill was immediately processed on 4/9/24.

Date of transaction was February 21 2024 and March 21 2024 both in the amount of $249.00 and am due to have them take another $249.00 on April 21 2024. I had been promised a three month supply of semaglutide I only received one vial of medication of 2ml and was instructed to take 5 units once a week for four weeks and then 10 units the next four weeks and then 20 units the next four weeks after that the vial itself is almost out after taking 5 units the first four weeks. I have brought this to their attention and got an email back from them saying they sent enough medication to last me the three months. Mind you I didn’t even receive the medication until one month after the first payment. I then sent an email back stating that I would like to cancel and have sent them several emails stating that I would like to cancel and have had no response. I then logged onto my web Md account and tried to start a chat with them and the chat portal had been closed even though I have used the chat portal before to communicate with them. I feel as if I am getting money taken from me when I don’t have what I paid for. Please help me resolve this .

3/30/24 - I am currently currently on Zepbound 5mg (Tirzepatide) And there are currently national shortages so I went to joinamble.com To get a prescription for compound Tirzepatide. I added a note that I was currently taking the medication and I was on 5 mg and included it in my medical intake as well. 4/1/24 - A provider reached out to me regarding my intake and stated in all caps that I am NOT CURRENTLY TAKING THE MEDICATION SO HE WOULD BE PRESCRIBING ME THREE MONTHS OF THE STARTING DOSE OF 2.5 MG. I immediately responded that I am currently on the medication as stated in my medical intake and then I'm on 5 mg and a response came to me from an administrator that I signed up for the starting dose and that if I didn't agree with it I could reach out to Support. I emailed Support that I wanted to cancel the prescription and my subscription with their organization because clearly they did not review my medical records and I'm not paying for medication at a lower dose that I'm currently taking. I was also charged an additional $80 for the provider even though their website clearly states that it is an all inclusive rate for the medication and the provider Review. 4/2/24 - I received an email from Support asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel and that I would be charged $100 to do so, to which I replied yes I want to cancel they clearly did not review my medical records what they are doing is unprofessional and I can't even contact them with my concerns because there is no number on for Support. I also wrote several messages on their website, this is in addition to the emails I was sending them as you will see in my attachments. 4/3/24 - I received a response that if the medication gets shipped I will have to pay for it, to which I replied that I've been asking them since 1 April to cancel the prescription and refund me. I got a text today that they shipped the medication meaning that I have to pay $299 for medication I asked to cancel.

Signed up with MinuteMD for semaglutide shots. I tried for 6 months then communicated to the company it was not working. Company billed me for another refill which I never received. I reached out for a refund and was told they have a no refund policy. I see through their Google reviews this is customary for this company. They also have no working customer service number where you can reach out to them.

I signed up to receive a medication form this company MinuteMD back in October. I paid $249.99 for a one month prescription. I reached out to the company and canceled the subscription. I was later billed again for $249.99 and no other medication had been sent to me. I disputed the charge with my bank and the company rejected the dispute and refuses to refund my money. This company is taking advantage of people. I reached out to the company and requested the prescription that I paid for or for my money to be refunded and they declined. I am now taking outside measures to get my money back. All I want is my product for the month that I paid or my money back!

This company requires you to commit to 3 months supply of medication and they will threaten to send you to collections if you don't renew each month for $249.00. The problem is that they don't send the medication. Now I can't get into my account because it's "under construction" ***64% of their reviews on Trust Pilot are 1 star.*** I started the program in July 2023, and received the first order. Which was $249 for Semaglutide. I thought everything was going well. The next billing cycle for September stated that my new subscription and charge for another $249, has been ordered, with free shipping. So I'm expecting to receive another order. However, I did not receive the shipment. So I tried reaching out to them, through the chat, because of course there is no phone number to call anyone. No response from the chat, so I sent an email inquiring about the status of my shipment. The response I received was that I have already received my 3 month supply (1 vial), and no additional orders will be shipped out. My next charge for October 9th will complete the 3 month supply. So to sum things up, be careful they are very misleading. The total charge for one order is $747.00 ($249 x 3 mths). I asked to cancel my subscription, so now I have to wait for until December, and request to cancel my subscription again. I will never recommend them, and will share this experience with others.

Awful company. I missed one payment because my FSA is changing due to changing jobs and they're sending me a threat to sue me. They want to sue over $500? They did not even give me 30 days to correct the issue. Disgusting people. I want to give them their $250 and then never hear from them again. I'm not paying more than $500 for this treatment. I have already paid $250. If they do not respond to this query I will be filing a complaint with my attorney generals office.

I enrolled in services with Minute MD in February of 2023 to receive a 3-month supply of semaglutide, which I would self-inject weekly for weight loss support. They charged a monthly fee of $199 to be deducted from my account on the 4th of every month until I canceled. I decided after I fulfilled my 3-month agreement that I did not want to continue, therefore, I did not request another refill, and staff there confirmed via email that I fulfilled a 3-month agreement. In my mind, this meant my membership with them is canceled. On the 4th of this month, they deducted an additional $199 from my account. I have now given this company a total of $796 for a product that sells for around $250 for a 3-month supply, as I discovered this in support groups and doing research. I immediately emailed customer service to remind them I did not wish to continue and to please refund the last charge that occurred of $199. They are refusing to do so, indicating I signed paperwork during intake allowing them to do this until I canceled. As I mentioned earlier, I have emails from them stating I fulfilled my 3-month agreement. Therefore, I did not think I was continuing, as I did not request a refill. Why would I allow them to charge me for a product I did not even receive? I tried resolving with them and they are not responding. I also disputed the charge with my bank today on 5/8/23. This company is web based and I could not locate a physical address. I did however include the website, email address and phone number.
