      I was told with my credit and my cosigners credit i did not have good enough credit to get a 2016 vehicle, after i left they called me and told me they had a 2020 hyundai elantra thag i could get, so i put $3000 down on the car and got it. Ive had the car now a month, and have only made 1 car payment of $504 on april 14th. The car now will not start, i took it to drennens when the problem started and they ran their machines on it and told me they could see what i was talking about because they got it to act up a few times but they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, and that i would have to take it to a hyundai dealership. I set an appointment with a hyundai dealership but they told me that if whatever is wrong with my car isnt covered under my warranty then i will have to pay for it. Jeff drennens is telling me “well it is a car things do break” and i feel as if they knew there was something wrong with the car when they sold it to me. How could my credit and my cosigners credit not get me a 2016 but can a 2020.

      On 6/08/22 i comissioned drennen chrysler to check my car they found the control arm bad and the knuckle gave me an estimate for repair at 1240.49 i agreed and an appointment was made for 6/23/22 i received a call stating there mechanic damaged the wheel bearing and was told that it was my responsibility to pay i argued and it was decided that they would take car of it. Only to find out that they contacted my place of work and complained. My work payed for the bearing. Once i recieved final bill iwas told that i was to get back diagnostic fee because i had them fix it my final payment was 1221.56 for a total 1328.22 the problem is still not fixed. I contacted them 06/29/22 at 530 spoke to a sale rep he took my info and was told they were to call me in the morning and i was to call service again. The problem is if i contacted service they would complain to my job and get me in trouble. I waited no call. I called to talkto main boss he told me he wanted nothing to do with it and i had to call service i tried to explain and he was not concerned. So i called 06/30/22 at 1100 am talked to service it was the same guy that gave me a hard time about the wheel bearing. Explained the situation and was told he was calling me back i never received the call . I am afraid to lose my job because they already tried. My car is still broke im out 1300.00 and afraid for my job

      After reviewing this with my service department I am willing to offer Mr. ***** a refund of $800.00 Obviously I got a different explanation on how this was handled on our end but it’s important to me to always try to satisfy our customers. Please let me know if this is acceptable and I will get this taken care of.

      This was sent through the Attorney General's office by my wife because there was no response from them in a timely manner once I received the response from Jeff We already had Initiated the complaint They have responded to my wife stating they are paying in full So I guess this complaint Can be closed
