First spoke with *** ****** July 20, 2023 but wasn't until after not hearing anything from *** I contacted him and then we signed contract to represent on October 2, 2023 for *** ****** to help me with an insurance claim going no where. I know there has been a bit over 2-21/2 years for this claim to be handed to ***. On first day he explained how the insurance company did not tell me things and he could see some violations but first he had to get the claim info and start working. I understood that which is why I left what I felt was time in between contact. I only asked to keep me in loop by text didn't have to be a call.as Allstate has delayed calls and contacts (which is why I contacted him) and took me time as some health issues came forward due to the stress involved especially with no contact by *** that ended up in a city violation that I had to handle or get fined or worse. The continual statement of will call back shortly text but no return calls or texts that left me nothing to do but file this claim as it is coming close to a year of contact in July. *** stated he had 10 or more others that insurance said to replace roof but then back tracked but again I can't get any return calls or texts.At this time I want all file of my claim to be sent to me and this to end as the procrastination *** has is too much for me being an elder disabled woman with some life altering health issue.
