      I bought a 2016 ******* MKZ with 95k miles from Prestige Auto Credit on 6 - 22 - 2024 . I put less than 800 miles on it and the coolants started mixing with the oil a month later , so I stopped driving the car . I called prestige , but they didn't return my call , so I went there the following day , which was on Friday . They told me that I have a 6 month 6k mile warranty with a $1500.00 cap , and that they would send a tow truck for the car on the following Monday . I waited and no tow truck showed up . They wouldn't return my calls , so I went there on the following Friday . Again they said that they would send a truck on Monday I waited and no truck showed up . Again they didn't return my calls , so I went there on Friday of that week and they told me that they would send a truck on Monday . They were supposed to send a truck on three Mondays in a row , and they never showed up . I went there today , and they offered to send a truck today , but they informed me that the warranty only covers internally lubricated parts . This car obviously has a cracked block , it's a very common problem with the ***** A cracked block would not be covered as an internally lubricated part . I didn't want the car to be sitting there torn apart while they inform me of the obvious issue , and not be covered for the repairs , so I left . Now I'm out 12 for a large paperweight .

This is the reason we encourage our customers to protect their purchase with peace of mind coverage that would help you out with instances like this. We can't diagnose the car without having it here. You do have roadside assistance for the 6 months or ***** miles from purchase date.

      Bought a 2017 Infiniti QX 80 in May of 2023. By October two of the tires were dry rotted and needed replaced. *********** said those tires were made in the 37th week of 2018. Also I bought a Silver warranty and at about ****** the vehicle started hesitating and now at ****** miles the transmissions drive train needs replaced and the warranty allows like $100 and hour and the shop charges $140 and hour so I'm expected to come up with the other $40 per hour for labor. This is very wrong. I would not and do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

      Hello ****************, I'm sorry to hear about the mechanical issues you're having. I'm glad you got the service contract to help cover these issues, although I can't control what other service shops charge for their hourly labor rate, if you brought the vehicle back to us your deductible will be waived and I may be able to help you out labor wise. Almost a year ago when you purchased this vehicle, the mileage was *******. As the vehicle ages and miles go up the frequency of repairs do as well. This is why we encourage our clients to get the optional service contract for their peace of mind. If bringing the car back to us for repair is an option, please let me know. Thanks

      I BOUGHT A 2010 BUICK FROM AKRON OH LOCATION. WAS TOLD IT HAD A 75PT CHECK, TOLD CAR WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, ONCE DELIVERED TO MY LIGHTS WERE OUT. THE NEXT MORNING CAR DID NOT START, TOWED IT TO LOCAL SHOP AAA SHOP AND THEY SAID CAR UNSAFE AND SHOWED MY RIGHT FRONT WHEEL HAD ABOUT 20DEGREES OF PLAY IN IT. I SPENT 1700 ON FRONT END AND CAR STILL DID NOT START, DEALERSHIP COVERED NOTHING AND CAR WAS NEVER EVEN DRIVEN. IT HAD BAD WIRES AND THE PCM AND TCM WERE BOTH BAD AND NOW IVE SPENT 6K ON A CAR I BOUGHT FOR 8K BECAUSE I WAS TOLD CAR WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, WHEN I ASKED FOR DEALERSHIP HELP I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE COME AND HAD CAR LOOKED AT. NOW I WILL FIGHT UNTIL I GET THIS STRAIGHT I HAVE PHOTOS, VIDEOS, STATEMENTS FOR ALL TO SEE

      Please keep in mind this is a 14 year old vehicle with 138,782 miles at time of sale. The vehicle was sold AS-IS. We do the safety inspection as Mr. ******* mentioned but the frequency of repairs are higher the older the vehicle is. They are mechanical and things break, upon delivery there was not an issue. With the potholes it's an unfortunate situation and we could've had the car brought back to us for repairs at a reduced price to help out Mr. *******, but we never had that opportunity.

      Absolutely horrible. Told us we were approved for a truck and a ballpark of what our payments would be. They asked us to send our paystubs in and we did that immediately. They said they just have to turn them into the bank. 5 hours later send a text saying it sold.

      While **** was discussing the monthly payment with ***** the vehicle was sold and we notified ****. I have all the text messages between **** and our sales rep. ** February 20th at 9:29AM **** texted the following "I didn't ask you to hold a vehicle. When we spoke at 3 I was told everything's good. Just got to turn into the bank nowand a ballpark payment. So I didn't ask to hold it, but nobody called me back after the ballpark payment. Otherwise I would've just put a deposit on it" The reason he wasn't called back is because he was discussing the payment with *****. We don't take deposits to hold vehicles, it's a first come first serve basis. If someone wants to buy a car on our lot without having to discuss with a 3rd party, we sell the car. Sorry the timing didn't work out on your part, the market these days the cars aren't sitting around and you have to act swiftly to secure a vehicle or it will be sold. I'd be happy to find a truck to your liking and re work your deal personally.

      I bought a car from prestige auto credit in May of this year, everything went smooth, they sent me the temp tag etc, it’s been almost two months I’ve had this car and the tag has expired and I’m still waiting On my title which I need to get the car here in NY state. I have messaged and called and still haven’t had any responses about my title. Now Im going to be paying insurance and car payments on a car I can’t drive.

      STAY AWAY!!! On June 8, 2023, I flew from Greenville, South Carolina to Cleveland, Ohio. . I met with the salesman. We went for a short ride. The steering seemed a little out of alignment and the tires were a bit loud. I chalked it up to the aggressive tread on the tires. The truck smelled great, and the A/C worked great. So, with a “Thank you for your service,” I headed on my 600-mile trip back home. My trip home went ok minus the road noise. When I get home, I’m looking under the truck (I’m NOT a mechanic) and noticed quite a bit of tread missing on the inside of the tire. Someone put good tires on a truck out of alignment. So, I went to the shop for tires and alignment. I was ok spending the $800 for two tires and alignment. I told the shop that I’m going to be moving to Los Angeles in 3 weeks and would like a look around. I got the news the next morning. The shop called me the next day. I need $3100 in repairs for a trip like that. My CV joints were oozing grease. The passenger side Control Arm looked like it was about to snap. I also needed a new Axle Assembly. Did I also mention that the A/C quit working the DAY AFTER I got home? They also put enough air freshener in the truck to hide the cigar smell. So, from the next day on it smelled like a cigar bar no matter how much baking soda and charcoal I used. Luckily, I had a military discount that took over $300 off. The next day I contacted Prestige Auto Mall and told them there was NO way that a mechanic could have overlooked some of these deficiencies. The salesman told me that they spoke with their service department and were assured that when they inspected the vehicle that everything was right on the car. Cigar smell, A/C stops working next day, grease oozing from CV’s. I was offered no maintenance records. The CARFAX shows no record of Prestige doing a Maintenance Inspection. So, they refused to offer me any help. I guess as a disabled veteran, I should be grateful they thanked me for my service.

      LIARS, IDIOTS OR CONS? We bought a car from them in November 2022, a 2016 BMW X5, to use as a second skiing/camping vehicle. I spoke to the salesperson several times and asked very specific questions: Specifically, what kind of inspection do your used cars go through? Has this car been smoked in? What is the condition of all the systems? I was assured many, many times that this car was in peak performance. I was assured that their used cars were inspected to "Certified Pre Owned" condition. And so, given the sales person's word that this was was a fantastic machine, I declined extra coverage. None of what *******, the sales person said to me was true. The car arrived to us with OIL LEAKING, BLACK SMOKE and it had been leaking for some time given the look of the OLD OIL all over the engine. Which leads me to believe that their service people do not know cars if they can miss an oil leak that was caked on over a series of months. Car also has a broken catalytic converter. It also reeks of cigarettes. The Flywheel broke and ripped up the transmission. LITERALLY 20K worth of damage to this car from the BMW dealership. I called Prestige and asked for service. Their team told me they would do nothing. And they were rude about it. It was purchased as-is. It's my mistake, but I like to trust what people say to me. They lied completely about the condition of the car. I would steer far clear of this place. Used car selling at its worst.

      If I could leave a zero star review I would! I am so displeased with the way this dealer has been with me. I purchased a vehicle in March 2023. I am about nine hours out of state and could not find this vehicle closer to home in good shape and low miles. I filled out all the necessary paperwork beforehand so it would save me some time. When I had arrived, none of the paperwork was prepared and the documents were not mine but for another customer. They tried to sell me a package for the chrome wheel and tires, but the rims are steel and have plastic hubcaps. They convinced me to purchase the gap insurance. I left the dealership and decided that I didn't want the gap insurance. The contract states that it can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund. I called 11 times between March 20- April 5 with one response that the gap cancellation was taken care of. I emailed them twice with no response. I contacted the Gap company on 6/8 and they advised me that there has been no cancellation filed by the dealership. I now have to file a cancellation form through the Gap company to get this taken care of. I would not recommend buying from this place!! They are not helpful with any questions or problems you may have.

      bought a car from prestige auto credit and had it delivered out of of state, so many problems i’ve had the car came delivered with damage that i wasn’t aware about on the front bumper and grill, it didn’t come with any spare tire, only came with one key fob, and i still haven’t gotten the title sent to me yet.

      I bought a car with bad brakes n they said they'd fix them. I've been calling them all week n they won't return my calls. They obviously don't want to stick to our deal they made with me. Integrity goes a long way and they apparently have none. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Looks like I'm taking it to a shop since they don't want to fix it. Once they get the sale they don't care anymore. And most of the safety features don't work but I'm fixing that myself
