My wife and I just had a central air and furnace replaced yesterday in two teams the team of Nate and the team with Ian and I don’t know the other young man’s name in the team of Logan and Lexi I cannot put into words how professional how polite how they prepared left the place clean and I am so thoroughly Appreciative of doing business with SHANKLIN because of them I would recommend them to anyone and everyone thank you I am certain that they are top of the heating and air-conditioning business because of their product and their service and the people that they hire second to noneReview from Doug G

During our recent summer inspection, Hannah, our technician, was personable and professional. She provided great advice and had my best interests in mind while promoting Shanklin as a family company. She solved my problems without much expense, and I recommend her to any customer who wants a refreshing change from the old, stuffy technicians.Review from Tommy M

Today's appointment was for an annual inspection of our two central coolers. This was our first time using our silver membership. Becky was very friendly, attentive and walked me through the very easy appointment making process. I rang off with Becky fully confident the appointment was set. Zach arrived as I was told. He told me what he was going to do to be certain our systems were functioning properly and healthy. He patiently explained and answered all questions I had in words I understood. I needed an air conditioner and furnace quickly due the extreme heat. Annie & Phil set up an estimate quickly and installation the next day. The team of installers Ian & Craig & 2 others that joined them, completed my project in record time. They were very polite and professional. We needed an AC unit put in our home pretty quickly due to some health reasons for my husband. Scott our technician was able to come out the next day after I called and we got everything set up to be installed in under a week. I'm grateful for the prompt attention we received. Every employee I have spoke with have been super helpful. I will be recommending them.Review from Karen S
