Something went south when the business was sold. They simply do not read their emails and thus no response. I called, person seemed confused and then gave me a song and dance that my order would arrive soon. Then I got the wrong item. Sent another email. No response. Not worth being charged to send the wrong items back. Will shop elsewhere unless this get fixed real soon.Review from Jamie O.

Ordered 2 catalogs, never received either of them. No one calls or emails me back to resolve it. Finally get ahold of someone and they flat out refuse to refund me the $6.39 for not receiving the product because they think it will still arrive after it's been a month! What kind of business does that? Done with this place!

We will be happy to refund you for the catalog. As you ordered in the beginning of December, during the height of Christmas ordering, the representatives were merely asking for ***** in that the carriers were experiencing delays with shipments. This was with the knowledge of the priority carriers place on catalogs vs. packages during that timeframe. Thank you.Review from Woodson A

Placed order ******* on 12/6/2022 and never received a shipping confirmation. I have reached out to them by email and their contact form on the website but haven't received a reply. If the item is on backorder I understand but they should notify the customer. Just starting to get really nervous from the lack of communication.Lehman's Response

Hello *******, First and foremost, Id like to offer my sincere apology for the lapse in communication. I'm so sorry that you didn't receive an email confirmation. Our warehouse is currently running a bit behind with holiday volume and are working through orders placed prior to our Nov 30th Christmas cutoff. Since your order was placed after our cutoff, your in-stock items will be shipping however, as mentioned during checkout on our website, they are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.I will monitor your order and email you tracking when it ships. Don't know what is going on with Lehman's, I have called 3 times in the last week and no live person to speak with. Left number to call me back, never happened. Called again today pushed the #1 button for new orders thinking some one would answer, still no person to talk to, left number for them to call back, never happened.Lehman's Response
