On 9-28-23 I went to Precision Tune (**** ****** ***** ***** ******* ** *****) to have an oil change there and those guys that change the oil in my 1994 Grand Cherokee Jeep those guys didn’t tighten the filter on the engine so I have a big oil leak on the ground so I took my truck back to them and let know they didn’t tighten the oil filter on the engine the guys told me the oil filter wouldnt cause oil leak I told them when I check under the truck to see where the oil leak was coming from I saw the running out on the ground so the guys was telling me that oil was coming from the valve cover gasket I told them that yes it got an oil leak but the valve cover gasket wouldnt cause the oil leak I told them that the oil filter was not on the engine tighted so I they was trying get some more money out of me but they didnt the went on ahead to put a new oil filter on the engine my truck will not start 3 months later it starting acting up in December so I took my truck to Dayton Quality Starter Shop and they told my starter was bad it was covered in oil I went to Precision Tune to talk to manage name – ** ******** and I told ** ******** that what guys at the Dayton Starter Shop said about the starter been bad and then was saying covered in oil and ** ******** the manager at Precision Tune said those guys are lying he was saying I have a oil leak coming from valve covered gasket my is still broke down its still not fixed yet See Attached
