Both centerville and keep smiling kids have very bad customer service! Charged me over 300$ then billed me another 300 when I paid them. Then when I called they had to put me on hold to figure out the problem

Hello, Thanks for your taking the time to leave us a review. Although, I just got off the phone with you and wanted to make sure everything was explained and understood. As I mentioned, you did receive a statement for the incorrect amount and we do apologize for that. Due to the timing of our statements getting printed and timing of the insurance paying, you received a statement with the incorrect amount. However, when you did call and questioned this, I was able to see the mistake and made sure the account was corrected. We would certainly not have collected the payment two times. Our patient care coordinators do screen our phone calls and sometimes a caller needs to be placed on hold for them to ask any questions to our billing department. I apologize for the wait time you may have experienced. We try our best to provide excellent customer service and while we don't intentionally try to make mistakes, we acknowledge that they do happen from time to time. However, once we learned of the statement that went out in error, we did correct the account immediately. If you would like to discuss further, please give us a call.
