            Look Elsewhere! This business is not what is used to be when originally recommended to me. Jack Lovin is the owner and his health is bad. Unfortunately because of this he is unable to run a quality business. He admittedly is unable to stay on top of his employees nor stay on top of the work his employees perform. Employees that have proven to be inexperienced and unskilled in the work that Jack employed them to do. The work is subpar. Because of inexperience workers it is a year later and I am still having issues with new window installation. I had a ceiling fan installed that was done improperly so it's not fully functional. I also had a front step cemented that apparently was done with the wrong materials because the rain has caused the cement to crack and peel. I have documented all issues with photos and I sent them to Jack. Many interior cosmetic issues have been taken care of while many have not. Jack Lovin now refuses to take care of the documented issues and he nor his foreman will respond to my calls and texts. Jack has now threatened me with the law when I attempt to get him to take care of and fix the remaining issues.
