    This woman has publicly humiliate me several times by intentionally breaking off my hair while paying my hard earned money and Attentionally messing up my wig !!!!! I advise anyone do not spend their money with her because she will break off your hair and intentionally mess up your wig … When I told her I was not happy with my wig she put comb in my ear and started to hit me and pull out my braids and put on social media that she was going to kill me!!! If you don’t believe me please look it up it is public records under her real name

    Unfortunately we have serviced you in the past for 3 years plus. However the things that you are stating are false and untrue. You are upset from a situation that occurred 2 plus years ago. You have done everything in your power to destroy HRC be stating false claims saying that our stylist broke your hair off. Due to the fact that you came for continued service over a three year period that proves that you must have been satisfied. Now to address the situation with the wig, you were told multiple times that it was possible the look you wanted to achieve would not be likely and our stylist would TRY to accommodate date you. We also suggested for you to purchase a NEW wig as you brought in an old wig created by another wig maker that was poorly constructed and pre-colored with store bought product. Ma’am, we are professionals and take pride in that. We openly let you know the level of concern when you brought the wig into our store. As YOU insisted that we TRY to achieve what you wanted. Not to mention the stylist never received any money for the actual service which included revamping the poorly constructed unit, to coloring the pre-colored unit multiple times only to not be able to achieve the desired color which was fully discussed before you left our store. To make matters worst you came to our store and demanded $100 back which was non-refundable for the frontal piece that had to be replaced on YOUR poorly constructed unit. Now to address the stylist/client confrontation, you came to our store multiple times demanding monies and harassing our employee. There is proof that YOU were the aggressor in this situation as our stylist was only protecting her well being. There was no comb that poked you in the ear, that is completely false. Two years later you are still STALKING our stylist by doing things like this, trying to destroy the HRC brand. You have created multiple fake pages, contacted her personal friends and family, and even business associates making false claims. You have been asked politely to stop your actions but you still persist. At this point legal actions will be taken if this behavior persist as we will not tolerate the false claims and unjust treatment.

    First thing is I have screenshot of this woman making fun my personal appearance and then apologize for everything she did in the past two years. I believe it’s best that hair rich club take legal actions because I am not a liar. In addition if the do take me to court I can show all evidence of this woman stating she will kill make , breaking off my natural hair and Once I was not happy with the wig she took the wig completely apart and left it wet at the front desk and told me to put the wig the wig back together. Everything is public record far as this woman menacing on social medias stating that she will take my life her real words ” She have to go” after her insulting me! Everything that I’m stating is true and hopefully this would help the next woman that want to receive any services from her …

    And at the end of the day I will not lie on no one‘s character or make up anything about no one this woman is a liar and her true colors will come out once you guys see. The public records of her threatening my life on social media

    In addition, I have recent text message stating that I was not a consistent customer so which one is it ? Or is just you just got caught in your lie once again! Yes honey please take me to court because I have Messages of you calling me out of my name stating I wasn’t a consistent customer and everything else I have to proof right in my phone so here we go again of you lying. And you call me the aggressor but you put your hands on me first once I had told you that I wasn’t going nowhere until I receive my refund! Also the hundred dollars was to put down on the wig so it can be refurbished . Once I told her I was not satisfied with the wig she took the wig apart which is not how I gave her the wig. This woman is really unprofessional and really upset because I want my voice to be hard on how I was humiliated by her taking out my hair and how I told her that I was not satisfied with the wig and she gave it back to me the way I did not give it to her. I want the world to know what this woman did to me and she probably did it to other people but they just didn’t know how to go about their voice being heard
