This business owner does not do good business I put money down on a puppy owner has a no refund policy. Once you pick out a puppy you give a deposit you come back to pick up your puppy then you pay the rest of your balance. I put money down for 1st of the litter in Oct 13 the next litter died on Nov then another died on Dec at that point I wanted a refund seller refused to return refund even after me waiting months to pick out a puppy then he informed me he has another litter dropped late December and in Jan I drove out to pick my puppy out a week later that puppy passed like clock work. Seller sent me 300 of my 500 deposit bad for businessBusiness response

To whomever this concerns, this is in regards to #******** ***** ******. Prior to accepting any form of cash or deposit from any customer, I go over stud fee, deposits, and removing puppies off the premises contracts. Which states clearly, the deposit is non-refundable, only to assure that you return to pick up your puppy at the time of pick up. In an event that a preferred puppy is unavailable, gender wise. The customers deposit will be transferred to our next upcoming litter. Which ***** ****** agreed to the contract with a thumbs up ,due to the distance between us an him not being able to virtual sign the contract, which it shows in our text messeges I sent... As a breeder, we're not God, I try my hardest but I can't save everyone. An when situations occur like this one, I believe in satisfying my customers, no one leaves unhappy. In the photo screen shots I sent, I had two 8week young puppies I offered him an once again the contract says " IN AN EVENT THAT A PREFERRED PUPPY IS UNAVAILABLE, GENDER WISE " which he refused, an there was no reason for him too pick from those girls. He was trying to puck from other female/male parents! Which i told him the price varies from different parents... Mr. ****** had made a verbal statement which i took as a threat if he didn't get his puppy, which I kept it in mind. So when the female I worked so hard to keep alive passed, I went outside my contract an deposited $300.00 dollars to him. Because I wished not to deal with him after his comment, and I stated to him even though all deposits are non-refundable I returned $300.00 to keep our customer happy. He was in a doctor's office at the time so I told him to call me when he was done an we'd talk more on this situation. Which if he would have returned the call we probably could have come to a better conclusion!!! Note in each screen shot of our messeges were numbered 1-34 of our conversation, the green messeges are mine an the white or Grey messeges are from Mr. ******. I consider myself to be an awesome dog breeder an I've satisfied many of customers over an eleven year time frame. I've never had any situations like this, thank you an sorry for any inconvenience. If you read his nonrefundable policy, it clearly states the deposit is to assure you come back to retrieve your puppy. Once the puppy is ready to go on multiple occasions, the puppy that I was supposed to receive died. So I never received my puppy. The puppies died and they had the owner send me a partial refund of $300 when my receipt is for $500 he’s clearly bad business and unacceptable buyer beware
