Hi I booked a birthday party for my son and granddaughter and was charged $556.59 the VIP package which was the best package for rides and games we arrived at 4:28 pm party started 4:30-4:45 pm check in time nothing was set up for the party yet we were seated way far in the back where it’s extremely cold so we spoke with someone and was moved now we are just sitting waiting on our host to bring the food and drinks only drinks arrived after while the pizza arrived then we asked about our ride and game cards still didn’t receive them till we spoke with a supervisor after so now 45 minutes later we went to enjoy some games and rides but was told our cards had expired how is that possible and we just got them so now I’m talking to another supervisor Peter he’s telling me our party is over we only been here a little over an hour so I go look for another supervisor and my daughter told me she found someone so we spoke with AJ and he gave us different cards to play games but what about the rides we paid all this money for absolutely nothing the ride the kids wanted to get on wasn’t working and the go karts employee was giving us the runaround only 2 kids managed to get on then we went to the bumper cars and again our card is not working so I’m constantly trying to show these employees and supervisors my email contract for the party from ******* ******** but they are saying that doesn’t matter I don’t understand how and why this establishment is able to do customers like this I asked for part of my money to be refunded but was told that’s not happening so basically they just ripped me off for $556.59 for a party that isn’t even worth booking now I can’t get in touch with ******* she’s not answering her phone line or ****** ***** the sales director I need some of my money back I explained that my son is disabled and he enjoys these kind of events and yesterday 1/4/2024 was a disappointment for us!
