This team (Greg, Amanda, and Nikki) are outstanding. They jumped through so many hoops to fix an important outdoor light fixture. And, they did this through a warranty company that is difficult to deal with. I will use them for all electrical needs in the future. Was called out by my warranty company to fix my ceiling fan. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it instantly. No issues since. Even said warranty company would replace it but I didn’t want it replaced because they would have gone with a cheaper fan than what I currently have in place. Would hire again and would recommend. Technician that came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable.Review from Eden C

March 9 2023 All Fix It Service came out to our home for a service request that we submitted at our house warranty company. Mr.Gregory and his partner were wonderful. Pretty good company . My warranty company called them out. They were knowledgeable, and fixed my issue in about 5 minutes. They were on time and prompt. Tech did ask me was i going to watch him or watch my kid .. Kinda rude but I laughed it off .. all i care about is you fixing my issues and addressing my concerns . This place is a literal joke. Our home warranty hired them to come fix our wiring for our air conditioning unit. We were then scheduled for several days out for a time slot between 5-9pm. We did not hear anything until 10pm that night when he texted us asking if we still wanted him to come out. We then immediately called back and he did not answer. We left a voicemail but still no call back or anything. We have two little ones and the heat index has been ridiculously high the last few days. He did not apologize for not showing up at all or contacting us after the time slot that we were scheduled for. I texted and called multiple times the next morning only to get a text back saying his next appt isn’t until next week. No consideration for anyones time clearly!Review from Brandon N

The initial technician came to check a ceiling fan not working and didn’t take the time to check the wiring, only suggested a replacement due to the fact that we had submitted a claim for a ceiling fan not working through our home warranty. Off the jump, just trying to milk the insurance money. So after 3 weeks of waiting, the time came to come install the new fan. My wife waited on the first floor, saw the technician pull up down the street, he DID NOT call us or text us, and left. We called him 5 times afterwards with no response. After confronting management, Greg, he called me and my wife liars and pushed the install a week out. I’ve never in my life been spoken to by someone with “service” in their title, the way this guy spoke to my wife and I. These people are sketchy at best. Customer beware.Review from Elizabeth S

Excellent, prompt and professional service. During times that present unique challenges, this team not only met but exceeded expectations. The dispatch staff was particularly conscientious in keeping me up to date by cell as well as email. I'm glad I used them and will continue to call them when needed!
