in April 2023 they overcharged me and now over three months has gone by and 5 phone calls later they still refuse to send me the partial refund they owe me. They admitted they owe it to me BUT I havent gotten it yet, left my mailing address to them 5 times and still nothing.Business response

We contacted the client about the suppose complaint over 2 months ago. We charged her our going rate for the job and she paid in full and said we did a great job. A week after completion of the job she contacted us saying we over charged her due to her saying we didn’t give her a senior discount. We spoke with her multiple times and she kept threatening us under duress saying she was going to sue us due to us not giving her the senior discount . We reached out trying to resolve the issue by giving her a 60$ credit on future junk removal services she refused and continued threatening us. She said she wants cash not a credit but we don’t offer cash offers at all we tried to explain that to her she got more upset and started threatening us moreCustomer response

i rejected the UNCS Junk reply because it didnot give a good answer why they will not refund me the $60. They advertised 10% senior discount and they refuse to give it to me which is false advertising to begin with. Second, every time I talked to them on the phone they stated they had MAILED out the check, which is a LIE, 4 times they told me that. Now its been 4 montha. I am not giving up on this and am trying to get my money peasefully without going leagally.Business response

We have contacted her via phone call no answer we are trying to meet in a public place to give her the money in person. Please have her send us a text message to ************ so we can meet at Walmart in Huber heights oh so we can give her 60$Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I called them 9-28 we talked he promised to mail me a check on 9-29 and I would have it by Oct 2. He lied AGAIN. Hope you give them a DDDDD rating. They are not to be trusted. All I want is my $60
