No wonder the BBB doesn't accredit them. I wonder what it feels like to take advantage of people and hide behind policies and technicalities as if that justifies it. I only used lendly because I thought it was a Walmart employee specific loan. I trusted Walmart so why wouldn't I trust lendly? Turns out after every $160 payment only $9 was actually going towards the repayment, which means $150 was interest. I've made the biggest mistake working with this "company". Biggest regret so far.

The company model is designed to loan money with repayment plans well over triple the amount that was borrowed. You forced to use automatic payments to pay your loan and there are no options available for relief in terms of skipping a payment or 2 for reasons outside of the customers control....such as an unexpected lay off from employment. There are so many more loan options available that truly work with their customers. Highly recommend avoid using lendly!

Use as a last resort. I read the terms and conditions and knew what I was getting into. When you need money though you need it. I took a $2k loan, have paid 16 payments of $161 over 7 months and my principal had only dropped $18. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative option, this just keeps you in debt.

Worst experience of all time. As of now, Lendly is still "reviewing the application". Guys, this has been the fourth time of resubmitting the loan, all the information was correct and best of all, I got approved. I even received an email stating that my funds are on the other way! Less than two hours later, I see that the funding has been voided. I called them and asked why and they said that it was due to not meeting minimum requirements. As a previous agent stated, they give you the "runaround." I filled this out with my sons as I am not too computer savvy and trust me, they are purposely making it a tough process. I have been a loan processor for 3 years. When I tell you, all calls have been noted and if they continue to hold my funds, court will be the next option for discriminatory reasons. We will see. You all be blessed.

This company is awful, I had to borrow money from them one time when I was going through financial difficulties, then my hours at Walmart got cut back to the point in which I quit, well a lot has happened to me in the last year, I got evicted from my apartment and had to move into another apartment, I forgot about my loan, then about 3 months ago I start getting calls from a debt collector saying they was going to take me to court and all this other stuff, they seem to not care if life gets in the way or anything, they are now trying to ruin mine saying I owe $3500 which is amost 200% more than I borrowed

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I used their services to help pay my rent once when I was out of work and in the hospital. Now I'm slowly going even further into debt than before. For a $2,000 loan, they charge an additional $16,000 on top of that amount as a $78 weekly charge that mostly goes straight towards interest. I've been paying months and months of interest, and it's maybe taken $20 off my loan. They offer refinancing, but it has never been available to me. Even places that consolidate your debt won't touch these loans! Once you get one, you're legitimately in trouble for YEARS. It was the worst decision I have ever made. They tell you that you can pay it off early, but you can't make those payments go directly toward the principal, so it doesn't really matter. I spoke with someone at their company, and they told me the only way to get out of it is to make your weekly payments for years or pay the loan amount up front. If I had $2,000 to spare, I wouldn't have needed a loan in the first place. This company is the most predatory loan company under the guise of being helpful. All the 5-star reviews on their page make you assume it's a helpful way to get yourself out of a hole, but I got this loan in January, and it is now April, and I haven't even paid off $100 of it, even though I've paid over one thousand to them in four months. I'm about to lose everything because of this company. Someone needs to shut down this company. What they do to people is disgusting, and their "awesome" customer service representatives sound cold and cruel, like they don't even try to act like they care that their company is ruining your life. Negative 10 stars here. This place is a disaster.

I gave them two stars because they did approve me, beyond that I have been less than impressed with my experience. I had been approved for $2000, I am paying for the whole amount that I did not receive, and they made sure to pay themselves in addition to their exorbitant fees.

I was denied a loan with Lendly because they said I didn't have the correct account information on my direct deposit but they debited my account for a loan I never received and then stated I'd get a refund in a form of a check within 14 days that I never received, I called after a month and they claimed they deposited it to my account which again I never got. My bank can't do anything about since it was sent directly to them through my payroll and not my bank account. Like is this place a scam??? How did I have the wrong account number if you all were able to debit my payroll account. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!

Lendly quite simply they offered me a loan..... well over 200% apparently because they want $100 every 2 weeks for the rest of my life. I have decided to speak to everyone and every forum to help prevent against this since they are not ever willing to work out a decent resolution and try to stick you with this illegal payment. I for one will not be paying that illegal payment. I have offered them a decent and fair resolution before I do what I need to do. No more taking advantage of people. You will not get over 200% for me I can tell you that.

Lendly, LLC (“Lendly”) is in receipt of the customer’s review. Lendly Loans are made by Capital Community Bank (“CCBank”). Lendly is an authorized servicer of CCBank. Any allegation or inference that any customer’s installment loan with CCBank is illegal, or otherwise violates any relevant law or regulation, is entirely without merit. CCBank is a Utah state-chartered bank with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as its primary federal banking regulator. Consequently, CCBank is governed by both federal banking laws and the laws of the State of Utah. Moreover, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1831d, CCBank has the authority to export Utah’s permissible interest rates. Thus, CCBank is legally permitted to conduct business in the state of Michigan. The interest rate charged by CCBank is expressly stated and is prominently highlighted on the first page of CCBank’s loan agreement provided to customers. Customers are informed of CCBank's loan terms prior to voluntarily signing the Promissory Note. Loan terms may vary; however, loan repayment terms are often for 12 months and would not be required for the rest of a customer's life. As disclosed in the CCBank agreement, CCBank does not charge a pre-payment penalty. As a result, customers are able to pay off their loan at any time without any additional fees. We encourage customers who want to save money to pay early, pay often, and pay more than the minimum amount due. Lendly strives to provide exceptional customer service, and we apologize if the customer is in any way dissatisfied with their customer experience using Lendly.

I have worked with this business for about 2 years and never had an issue up until this year when they unknowingly made policy changes to the refinancing process as and I recently paid my loan off in full and called and spoke with one of the representatives about my early payoff options and was assured I was good to apply again only to get the run around for 4 days about my application there were missing documents i wasn't aware of until i called to find out why my application was in review so long and normally this company is quick and fast I'm not sure whats happened but its awful and the fact they will take your money and deny you for more funds is absolutely ridiculous I wouldn't have paid it in full if I knew i was a possibility of denial and no chance of getting my funds back because they say the request is impossible even though the payments were not made according to scheduled payments I will not be using this company ever again this company is quick to take your money but will deny you instantly that's the treatment i get for being a loyal customer who has never missed a payment even made additional payments
