      This is in response to an issue we encountered about 2 weeks ago! My name is Susan Adams (member #********). I made reservations back the first part of December at Comfort Inn &.Suites 9350 N Main Street, Dayton, Ohio for the night of 12/20-21 (confirmation #********). My CC was charged on 12/5/23. I called the hotel around 12/8 to cancel this reservation due to a family emergency. The receptionist was nice but informed me this was non refundable but to call back on 12/11 to speak with the manager. Most of the day on the 11th every time I called I was disconnected?? I finally called the general customer service number and a claim was made on my behalf. I never heard back from the claim but the hotel manager left me a message explaining again that this was non refundable!! So we are out over $101.62. Family emergencies do happen and trips have to be cancelled!! All I’m asking is a refund especially during this time!! Phone number ***** ******** mailing address: * * *** *** *** ***** ******* *********** ** *****. We have changed hotels chains for our future trips!!! On 12/23/23 the corporate office replied: Thank you for reaching out, Susan. As a corporate office, we have regulations for all our hotels established when the business starts, and the hotel enforces their policies that we cannot change or override since they are individually owned and managed. Nonetheless, I can see that the hotel has refunded the amount of $101.62 to the credit card ending in 6212 as a one-time courtesy. Please allow 7-10 business days for your funds to go back to the credit card or up to 21 days for a debit card. I have sent you a receipt to your email with the adjusted amount for you to have the details. If we can be of additional assistance, please let us know. -Vilma. To this date I have not received the refund. I have been in touch with corporate the past two weeks and e-mail the hotel directly so no refund!!

      I called Comfort Inn May 2, 3, 4 house keeping lost and found, desk. Their reply "our people dont steal" I have no doubt, they have my stuff. See Attached Date May 1-22 Sat night Sun morning 2 rooms rented to ******* ***** Family member **** ******* **, *****, **** *****, *** *** ****. Two rooms 127.11 per room * ******* and wife room 311.
