I paid $240 cash for week stay, it was to loud that night. The next morning I went down to the office asked for a refund, the guy agreed said he didn't have cash but he could put it on a card, he put the card info in the system said it would be around 3 to 4 days it's been 6 or 7 I keep getting hung up on and they say they can't find me in the system anywhere but I have a receipt where they've wrote it off as they've paid me my money back now I'm out $240. I can't get corporate to do anything they said they tried to call the company but got no response then hung up on me too.Initial Complaint

I visited this Motel6 On Friday October 23rd, 2021 when I checked into my room It was a complete disaster. It was food wrappers on the tables, The beds were not made , Bugs were crawling on the floor, I could see old blood stains on the mattress from what looked to be bed bugs , the bathroom sink was broken.
