went to have new resonator and gasket installed and it was installed wrong , inlet has a slight bend to the side and was installed with the bend facing in rather than out . causing the outlet to be slightly kinked and misaligned and at times causes the converter /resonator heat shield to vibrate and make noise . Needs to be cut at weld point and turned 180 degrees so that the bend faces out and it lines up properly and then re weldedBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: i find it hard to believe that there is such improper record keeping and no record of the transaction or the charge to my credit card on the companys end , the date it was done was 4-25-23 and the invoice number is * *******

The customer ******* ******'s Complaint isn't accurate for a resonator & gasket can only go on in one direction on his Vehicle and that is the direction the manufacturer made it to attach & turn.
The customer never brought this to my attention or gave Muffler Man the opportunity to address his complaint. He instead came directly to the BBB.

I am rejecting this response because: i never said it was put on the wrong direction end from end but rather it was put on 180 degrees turned rotated wrong at the flanged end as with it installed the way it is at a half a turn rotated out 180 degrees the offset brings it too close to one side instead of being rotated a half a turn on the flange and having the offset the correct distance side to side to avoid the vibration that its doing now. even a high school tech trainee would know and understand that . so that even muffler man can understand it the right side glange bolt is installed to teh left side engine flange and the left side is connected to the right side , hence rotated 180 degrees or a half a turn out , not reversed end to end
