I ordered Billboards from Lamar Advertising in April 2022 and paid May 2022. Since October 2022, I have tried to get an accurate receipt from the company. One receipt is showing a credit balance of $450.00 and another receipt is seeking payment due. I received another incorrect invoice/receipt last month, which is showing a payment made (hand scribed) by someone at Lamar (see attached). These invoices are showing balances of $900.00 and $450.00 I paid back in May 2022 $1,350.00. These invoices should show "0.00" Balances. Mr. *** ****** who works for Lamar confirmed receipt of payment back in May. For our records, we have requested correct receipts. The invoice is dated 6/1/2022. Again, they received a check May 2022. Check number **** cleared our bank on 05/27/22 for $1,350.00. However, someone hand scribed "paid" and hand dated 1.24.23. We haven't made contact since Oct 2022 with Lamar until today, we received the incorrect invoice. At this point, we just want a receipt showing the correct balance, which we will accept zero. We have been a great customer for ten years until this occurred.

We have sent Dr ******** multiple times a printed account analysis showing a zero balance.  She is correct she prepaid $1350 (ck ****).  (The total on contract *******)
She received a rental space invoice (*********) for $900 of which $900 of the $1350 payment was applied thus leaving a $450 credit.  Then there was a $450 invoice (*********) for the
production to which the $450 credit was applied to.  So she has a balance of zero.  No one is claiming she owes us money etc.
We sent her today again documents for her records which suffice for a receipt. ( we attached them here as well as emailed Dr ******** with a cc to Katarina Kronenberger these ***e reports) I am not sure how else to prove to her she has a balance of zero.

What she has in her attachments to BBB were copies of the invoices emailed to Dr. ******** from her requests for receipts in which our office mgr at the time Initialed them with the date she emailed them back with the word PAID on it.  (Didn't know how else to show her they were PAID since reports were also emailed).

Attached are the reports sent to her today 3/28/23.  They clearly show a balance of zero and how her check was applied to invoices.

Appreciate your time.  Sorry I did not reply to the first email request from the BBB.  Did not realize what it is.

I hope this clears things for Dr. ********.  We really did try.   If there is anything else I will try to accommodate.
