            My name is ******* ******, ********. The reason I’m writing you is to ask your help in resolving an issue I’m having with a company in ******, ****. The company’s title is: Prison Friendship dot com. I filled out an application to join their website. I sent them $75 May 15th. It says on their application to give them 30 days to post my profile. It’s been almost two months. I asked my son to go on their website to see if my profile had been posted. He checked it out and said it hasn’t been posted. I’ve sent them two letters, without any response. I’m not trying to get them into trouble. I want either my profile posted or my money refunded. I don’t want any retaliation from contacting you for help. Once my profile is posted. (and I hope it will be). I want a copy of the posting. I’m including a copy of the receipt of the money I’ve sent them. Because they advertise their rating by you as A+ I’m hoping you can help me. Thank you so much for your time and attention to this matter. I hope to hear from you soon. See Attached
