The company billed us for a service that they did not perform. When we called they came out and performed the service and we then paid the bill on time last July. The company received the payment, cashed the check and apparently applied the money to the wrong account because they keep sending us late payment notices including late fees. We have provided proof from our bank that the payment was received and deposited into the company's bank account. They have yet to resolve the issue and do not return my phone calls. They have now turned it over to a collection agency.
