Third and final insect service was never completed as agreed and paid for. ****** ******* refused to fulfill her contractual obligation. Ladybug Services also broke a window during servicing, and denied. Regardless of the broken window, ladybug services’ third and final treatment is still outstanding and it would be much appreciated to have the issue resolved.Business response

The person making the complaint is not our customer. He is the new owner and we had never done business with him we completed the job we had with the previous owner. The Apt bldg. was treated twice and trash out for which we were hired the building was infested and we recommend more services to the new owner but he wants services for free. He has been attacking me and other business when he does not get his way. I would like to file defamation of character for all the false complaints.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The previous owner understands there was a third treatment owed.
The previous owner also signed an affidavit allowing me to pursue ladybug as service was never completed.
The quote outlines a third treatment is owed.
Both real estate agents spoke with lady bug as well and can confirm in addition to my self and the previous owner a third treatment is owed.
Lady bug has canceled the third treatment saying she (******) “does not care what the paperwork says” because the building has changed hands.
Re: complaints on other businesses - not sure what lady bug is referring to - maybe they could attach some general supporting documentation as I have?
