There are several things at the property I rent that need to be repaired. Some of them are major repairs. I have contacted the business manager via email, providing photographs of the most significant issue. I followed-up with my rental agent who said she would follow-up with the business manager, but I have heard nothing back from either of these people. There are also several other things that need to be repaired. The company, PAG Holdings, has sent repairmen for a few minor things, but when I mentioned the others, these guys just agreed that something would have to be done about them, but didn't repair them and didn't offer any other solutions in terms of follow-on appointments with other repairmen. The issues at this rental property include: 1. One support beam in the basement that helps holds up one end of the house is leaning significantly. It needs to be straightened and bolted/nailed to the house's joists. I have mentioned this at least a couple of times to PAG Holdings but they have made no attempt to repair it and have not responded to my mention of it. 2. The outside light in the back is literally hanging loose and does not work. It is a falling hazard and also does not allow for any illumination in the back yard when dark. 3. Both storm doors - front and back - need to be re-mounted. They are very crooked and allow for escape and entry of cold/warm air. Now that the weather is improving, it will be good to have these fixed. 4. There are soft spot in the floor in several locations on both floors. 5. Part of the kitchen ceiling has water damage and needs to be repaired. 6. The lights (at least in the dining room) dim significantly when the microwave is being used (indicates an electrical capacity issue). 7. There is a very uneven seam between flooring panels on which your foot can be caught.Customer response

We review all request for work orders and respond accordingly and in a timely manner. The only request from Mr. ****** has been with regards to a support beam in the basement which was addressed by one of our team members. A maintenance team member was given a work order and after several attempts over several weeks to get into the home, he was finally granted access. Some repairs were made but not all as storm doors are not meant to be airtight, we don't change batteries in thermostats, nor do we come out and paint over a nail-pops in the drywall. Mr. ****** has also had multiple NSF rent checks returned in the past year. We have reviewed Mr. ******'s current complaints and issues, and in the end, we feel that this arrangement has run its course and what we feel it would be best is for us to part ways. We have issued Mr. ****** a 30-day notice to vacate as he is in a month-to-month situation. His tenancy with us will end on May 31, 2023.Initial Complaint

I moved into this rental property on May 9, 2022. I reported issues in the house needing repair at that time. I subsequently reported the same issues and additional ones on several occasions. Now, just shy of 6 months later, none have been resolved. Some are probably significant structural issues with the house.Business response

I had actually visited the home prior to the complaint, the only issue was a dishwasher that was not fully secured. We dispatched a service member and the repair has been made.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, for the most part. Although it was definitely more than just the dishwasher as he stated in the response.
Sincerely,
**** ******
