              I was going to rent a property from this business but after changing my mind I requested my Deposit back and was told that it was nonrefundable. There was nothing written or stated to me that should I change my mind for any reason that my deposit or any portion of it would not be refunded. I did not even sign anything stating this and this was never verbally stated to me!!

              Does nothing as a landlord, attempts to evict or intimidate people who are trying to live quiet lives, does not fix anything without rent being threatened. Money put into escrow and they threaten to evict if they aren't allowed to get it. Does not respond in any sort of timely manner (calls take a week, letters two or more weeks, emails take days). Disorganized at best, they are incapable of correctly connecting an individual to the correct person within their organization the first time making every step take longer. They then attempt to intimidate month to month renters into staying longer, or not getting back their deposit.
