I have been paying my bill for two years without any issues. The bill was due at the first of the month and I wasn't able to pay it then so I would pay at the end of the month and pay an extra $20 late fee every month. I assumed that was my responsibility for making the late payment. After more than two years of payments suddenly I started getting texts, emails and threatening phone calls that they were going repossess the shed if I didn't make the payment on the first of the month. After being harassed by one of their representatives who had called me I explained the first of the month issue to her and she said she would forego that months payment so I could pay the next month's payment on the first. I had already tried to explain to her that it was impossible for me to make a payment on the first of the month but she insisted I forego that payment so I just said ok. Well the following month I still wasn't able to pay on the first and again I get the phone calls etc. But I made the late payment and my extra $20 as usual. So I have become disabled and I didn't get my temporary disability check for 2 weeks of October so I was a month behind on my payment. So I called and they said I had to make 2 months worth of payments to bring my account current. I asked if the October payment could be moved to the end of the payment agreement and was informed I was only allowed to skip one payment a year and had already used it earlier in the year. Even though I explained it was their employee who had basically forced me to forego a payment they said I had already used my one chance this year and that was that so I told them to come get the shed. I feel like this is a scam to make a rent to own agreement and then pressure you until you give it back to them after making payments for a couple years and then they sell it again and make even more money from it. Terrible company to do business with. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service terrible communication. When I told them I was done renting the mini barn and to call when they were coming to get the building but they did not. They showed up and didn't even knock on my door then picked up the building with all my things inside. Destroyed my $12,000 motorcycle and thousands of dollars in tools and tool boxes. All they had to say is that it is unfortunate and refused to pay for and damages. Terrible to do business with and now I have to take them to court to get reimbursed for their mistakes and lack of communication.
