            I financed a vehicle from Purasanda Imports and has never missed a payment. I woke up Friday July 15,2022 and my car was gone. Asked ******* where was my car and she told City of ****** Police that she did not know my car was repo'ed and did not know where it was. My car has a GPS on it that Purasanda put on it, so how do they not know the location of my car. I was never given a notice about my car and ******* refuse to tell me where my car is. Something needs to be done about ******* taken peoples car without notice or without a reason and refusing to tell where the vehicles are so we could retrieve our belongings. she repo'ed the vehicle for no reason without notice, I just need my property and my plates off the car. The car is a lemon anyway and is not worth the trouble.

            I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and my family bought 3 others, their customer service was great and it has completely went downhill since. My car was takin in for warranty service , they had my car for 3 months and never so much as had a mechanic look at my vehicle. They picked my car up from my home took it to the west side of Dayton under the agreement that it would be fixed and was under warranty, after 3 months and no one looking at my car I asked that it be returned to my home in which the owners became hostile and rude. Refusing to bring my car back all while taking payments for a car that was not drivable. After speaking to the owner they said I could come get my car from their new facility in which was not where it was picked up from or dropped off at. When trying to pick my car up the owner became hostile and rude, just completely unexpected behavior that we had not seen from them before, and after some research we found out that the techs in the service center are not certified nor accredited which brought on more concern, so in closing I would not purchase any vehicles or have any service done with this company.
