      Best glass left my commercial property without completing a installation order, properly notifying me and leaving property unsecured. ******* claim asked if installers secured property and untruthfully they claim to had closed all doors. ******* had no response to reason left without notifying me. When asked which of two installers excepted responsibility for untruth, ******* stated did not know. I suggested seeing if building along side had cameras to prove untruth! ******* stated would check into issue & call back. She never called back! ******* appeared not to care and lacked the ability to properly look into matter. Took picture of how door was propped and explained some tools were taken. Also took pictures of a black truck and male leaving premises as I pulled up. This is bad practice and terrible customer service

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/12/30) */ We arrived at Ms ********'s job she was there and let our technicians in the building, propped the door open with a piece of wood and then left. The install was scheduled after our normal working hours between 3pm and 7pm. The technicians were working on the south facing door glass. The door was boarded, so the technicians removed the wood, replaced the glass and per Ms ********'s instructions they put the board back on the door. They were not able to continue working after dark as her building had no power and she did not advise us of this fact when we scheduled the job. When the technicians left, they removed the block of wood and made sure the door was closed. Ms ******** called and was extremely upset. She claimed the door was left open and her building was unsecured. Ms ******** claimed that there were tools that were missing from the site but was unable to tell me what kind of tools. Ms ******** said she was going to go to the facility next door to her and see if they have video surveillance to prove that the technicians were lying and left her building unsecured. Ms ******** told me that she has photos of a male leaving her property and a black truck. We were not provided any photos from Ms ********. Ms ******** was assured that we would ask the technicians that were onsite if they secured the door and if they removed any tools. They advised that they only saw an old battery to a small drill and drug paraphernalia lying on the ground, but no tools were on site. At no time during our conversation did I ever tell Ms ******** that I would do any investigating into her complaint other than asking the technicians that were onsite. At no time did I tell her I would call regarding the cameras. Ms ******** told me several times that she was going to check. And, during our later telephone conversation she told us that she in fact checked with neighboring business and they did not have any video. Regarding the black truck and the unidentified male, our employees drive company vehicles which are white with our company name and logo on the sides, and they are in uniforms with our company name and logo on the front and back. During my telephone conversation with Ms ******** I asked her several times what she wanted me to do. How does she want me to resolve her complaint and she had no response. The general manager was onsite to complete her project and she spoke to him regarding the matter and never told him what she wanted either. She paid her balance that was owed and still did not discuss the matter. At this point, I am not sure how to help Ms ******** resolve her issue.
