On January 22, I placed an order with the owner for some flower boxes. Per his request, I sent him a $50 deposit (through Venmo). He told me that the boxes would be made and delivered in early February. I've never heard anything from the owner after that initial order/conversation. I tried to message him multiple times through Facebook, but he's not returning any messages. I saw another customer was having the same issue. He won't return any message. I want to have my boxes built, as agreed upon. Or, I'd like my deposit returned.Initial Complaint

I ordered fence panels from him and he gave me two dates to choose for delivery. His name is *** ********. I chose a date and he gave me a delivery time from 1-4,. He asked for a deposit of $130 which I did. I contacted him that Monday and he responded on track for Fri. Fri. I contacted him but did not get a response from him until after 12:30 that he was not coming. I was upset and let him know he should have initiated communication. My husband had stayed up working nights waiting on him. We set up a time 12-3 that following Sat. I contacted him Monday and he said on track. I contacted him that Friday and he once again said was not going to make it. I told him I'm canceling and want a refund. He said he would that evening. Later he said he couldn't refund me until Monday or Tuesday. I still have not heard or seen my refund. His fb marketplace is unavailable. I contacted him via his fb but still have not responded. I requested $130 through cash app and he has not responded.
