Buyer Beware. I had this company install my carport, it was not cheap. They installed this almost 13 foot high carport for a Buick Encore. I complained because it was ridiculous and it was so far off level it looked like it was taking flight. I had them come back to do the correct size and they charged $750 more. I was adding a small enclosed porch on my home and thought it would be better to swing it around a few feet. They left it once again unlevel and it look like it was taking flight. The carport was installed on asphalt that was deteriorated in some areas, so I had a commercial guy bring in some crushed concrete and level everything out. There was about 2.6 inches over the railings to help level out what they had done. So, they give me a price to swing around a 1-car carport of $350. Ok. They get here and borrow shovels from me to move the concrete. Next thing I know, Erica from ANS called and said the "contractor" said it was buried, I went out there, as I said 2.5" I told the Contractor I would pay him $50 as a courtesy, he agreed, next thing I look out they are gone, they didn't put anything back as they found it. I called Erica back to say they were gone, and she said they left because I wasn't prepared to pay more. I asked her I was being refunded, she said " 100%." She called back to say they would deduct $100 for the contractor. Keep in mind, when I paid the bill she wanted to know if I wanted to "tip" the crew before they even got here. She even told me the contractor had driven. Of course, enraged, I told her I would sue her. She said "you have to serve me at the home office in Ohio,.,.read your contract." Well, I didn't sign a contract this service. So I am out $100. Just warning potential buyers, they have no integrity, particularly if you don't live near them, where you could easily sue them. I know this was bait and switch for a much higher fee.
