      *****,

We apologize for the miscommunication on our end. We're in the process of moving some of our bank accounts around, and we apologize this went unnoticed. We are currently working with our accounting team to get this resolved.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

They were very rude and more than one person from this company called and threatened to put a lien on my house and was very nasty there was no excuse whatsoever for this I don't care what they was doing with their Bank I would like to give this company a very very bad rating. And I still have a recording from one of them telling me he guaranteed me 1,000% that they never received that check and it has not been paid

      Sincerely,

      ***** *****

I keep getting calls from ******* from this business and spoke to ***** at office to stop these calls because I am no longer interested. They call daily, 2 times today, for the last few weeks. They said they can't find my name or number to delete because ******* list gives them another number to call customers. I have blocked and reported spam but the still keep coming. This needs to stop now.

      *******,

Our repeated calls to you were not intended, as we have stated in earlier conversations. ****** List does not give us the lead's actual phone number when we connect with a lead through their service. A generated number with an extension line connecting to your number is given to us. As a result, we were unable to locate your direct name and phone number when we checked our database. We were attempting to locate you in our database to remove you from our call list when you initially called back to inform us that you were no longer interested. This number was not associated with your name anywhere in our system due to the format in which ****** List entered your data.

Although the constant calls were made unintentionally, we sincerely understand your frustration. To ensure reliable client communication, our customer service representatives follow a call schedule. We screened out everyone in our system who contacted us via ****** List and stopped communicating with them altogether in order to fix this specific issue with you, ensuring that we never mistakenly got in touch with you again. When you brought the issue to our attention, we tried our best to resolve it right away, but it took some time for us to determine where your information was stored.

I hired Wagner Metals to build me a pole barn 2 years ago and as of this date it still is not completed. The photos I was given showed that the overhang fascia and posts would be covered. This has not been done and animals are getting into the barn because of it and making a mess. When I mentioned to ***** (the owner) that the job was not done he told me to contact the service manager. I have contacted him and he keeps telling me he will be here on certain days and I have not seen him, then when I contacted him after missing the appointments, he said he had to check with *****. I would like my job to be done and done correctly and immediately. I am tired of cleaning up after animals that are getting into my barn because of work not completed.

      *****,

The scope of work that we originally agreed upon the day the contract was signed did not include what you were hoping to have done with your project today. In good faith, we will take care of these things free of charge for you. We have previously spoken to you about the issue, and we expect a resolution once the installation date is set. As we work to set a date for our installers to finish the installation, we will be in continuous communication with you.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: They gave me a picture of what my barn would look like and it was in scope of what was on the picture. You might want to buy your sub contractor a trash can. He left trash all over my yard.

      Sincerely,

We signed a contract with Wagner Metals for a new pole barn. We had the site prepped as they requested...then the texts and phone calls started as we weren't hearing back from them...then they raised our hopes and dropped off some of the supplies, ON THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY! It was then that it took another few months for the build to start!!! We were told upon signing they would start in 2-4 weeks and it would take a week to build...fast forward to all kinds of promises made not kept, things not getting ordered, such as doors! And no inspection process...it is wrong and had to be sured up with supports, and the cement was poured without expansion joints! Now that has to be pulled out and redone and 4 weeks later, after they said the inspector would meet them and check the progress, we find the inspector hasn't even been contacted, as we contacted him ourselves!!! It has been 5 months and we have an UNUSABLE pole barn on our property and unhappy neighbors. Many of their employees have come and gone from the company, as they seem to not be the best place to work...I understand shipping issues and finding workers "due to Covid", which I am so sick of hearing as an excuse, but given that excuse, we have cut them a LOT of slack! Well, we are heading into winter and need to store things in our barn, and we can't until the inspector approves it...I reached out today and said since they have nullified their contract, we will be charging them $100 a day until the barn is complete, PROPERLY, and other things, but that's the gist, in hopes they would respond. The only one that responded of my 4 contacts, was the office gal, and she has since left the company! They send a person, that person talks a lot of talk and then we don't see them for another month... we're done coddling this company and would like your help to resolve this matter. I still owe $7000+ as the final payment, which they will not get until we are completely satisfied, or never if they insist.

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/11/23) */ Our Production Manager had contacted the inspector. The customer was not aware of the communication as the inspector did not understand who our Production Manager was. Customer now knows the production manager had been in contact with the inspector. We had a final inspection approximately on November 11 which resulted in a partial pass. The only remaining issues to address for a final pass is to backfill around the outside and cut relief cuts in the concrete on the porch around the posts. The production manager and the owner of Wagner Metals both met with the homeowner and with the inspector.
