Ohio means job is a business that is supposed to help individuals pay their way through school. I have an outstanding balance of $5,670.69 that has been due since July. This payment for my school is close to going to collections because the balance has not been paid. I have reached out to the company multiple times, and they inform me that the issue has been escalated to the higher up. When I ask for the "higher up" contact information, I get the run around or they tell me that they do not have the phone number. I have called the manager over my case, and I have sent her email's, but she does not respond, and she has not called me back after multiple voice mails. I signed a contract that they will pay for my school, so that I what I am relying on. I feel like my hands are tied because nobody is willing to help me.
