American Freight started with a bait and switch regarding the online delivery date. I was called later in the day, AFTER I had placed my order and made payment to be informed that delivery would be two days beyond what was listed at the time of purchase. The item was listed as "open box like new", it was heavily insinuated that it was merely an open box with a brand new item that had a minor blemish or two. After having the item, a refrigerator, delivered I was left scratching my head as it ran non stop for 14 hours. The freezer section was registering °4 with a laser thermometer, while the refrigerator was at °50 and my food was spoiling. I called their office the same day it was delivered and told them it was malfunctioning, when I was informed that they do not allow for returns, even on the same day with a defective product, and that I would need to seek any repairs through the factory warranty. Upon inspection of the rear I noticed a sticker from American Freight was left on and listed it as "used" (not "open box like new!" as it had been listed online), and having been returned because "customer didn't want". I'm all but certain this was a defective unit the day it came into the hands of American Freight, and was sold to me having never been repaired, knowing that their "no return" policy would absolve them of any responsibility. This business is, at best, just short of criminal, and anyone considering buying anything from American Freight should be extremely cautious and fully aware of their strict policy to return any item for any reason

Bull crap CS we bought a couch waited a week finally got it with holes in in. Told them, waited a week with no call back. Went there manager molly traded us a different cheaper couch. Said wait 2 day for delivery. Ten more days here we are no furniture. Called again. Oh she's on vacation. Assistant manager didn't know what to say. Says your finance was canceled. We just paid the financial company

Went in on Father’s Day and bought a mattress and was told if I didn’t like it I could bring it back so we tried it for a week and a half and it is hard We were told that it was more soft than firm it’s not So today we called to see about returning it and was told we are stuck with it We were going to comeback and get a living room set but no way now Never will we buy from you again
