Myers Roofing recently repaired a weak spot in my roof. The estimate clearly states they will do their best to match current shingle color. I told him I had some shingles in the shed (from when the shed roof was replaced). They used those INSTEAD OF telling me they don't match and asking if that was still ok or if I preferred ones that match. I reached out multiple times to get it resolved but no response. It wasn't until I left a google review that he responded. He said he would be out to change the shingles to better match what's there. Two stars until its fixed just because of the poor response on a completed job. The work appears to be fine, the time to project completion was fine, clean up was average (found lots of nails in the beds so be careful). Courteous and prior to sale he was prompt. His worker was courteous but should have been granted autonomy to ask questions in order to make sure the job will be done to expectations.

The roof was redone recently by Myers Roofing. We have a leak that is now causing damage inside our house. I have tried to get in contact regarding getting the leak fixed and our warranty with no response. I have called many times across the past few weeks at various times. The voicemail box is full on both listed numbers. The Request a Quote does not work. Neither does the chat feature. We are not sure how else to get in contact to get the roof fixed. Very upsetting and disappointing.Review from Nancy S

Excellent customer service!!! Quote came in $4,000 less than other quotes. Did a great job on our roof. Would highly recommend. Thank you, ** and ****
