On September 29th I purchased a vehicle that had a listed price of $7995. After having to wait for over 3 hours to file paperwork for my new car I drove home. I was stuck at the dealership after having to pay an Uber to drop me off so I could get a replacement vehicle. When I go home I looked over the paperwork again and seen that I had been charged $8895. I called to talk about this with ****, the manager, so we could get this figured out and settled. He admitted fault and said that after the finance company got things settled the dealership would cut me a check for the overcharge. After about 3 weeks of back and forth I was told a check was made and mailed to me. Another 2 weeks went by and I received a registration paper but no check. I called to get this figured out and the check was canceled, a plan for me to come to the office and pick it up was made. The weekend after Thanksgiving I showed back up to the dealership to get the check. **** told me only the boss could write one and **** could meet me half way Monday or Tuesday with the check. For the duration of the next week **** waited till after dark to tell me I'd have to wait another day. There was a lot of details that need not be gone into here. I was told Friday that things were taken care of, I called in the afternoon and asked for confirmation that **** would meet me in Lancaster, he said yes. After getting there I got a message asking if I can come to the dealership Saturday and figure things out. So I was lied to yet again about this. We settled on a call for Monday, I was supposed to have a conference call with the owner and ****, that did not happen I was lead on by **** for several hours and never spoke to the boss. It was an unpleasant exchange. I was not responded to for a few days until **** called me and again admitted fault for and promised to pay me $1,000 on the 15th. I didn't hear from him until the 18th, he then told me to wait another day and he would tonight. He has not responded to me.
