Hello, I placed an order for Xbox in the amount of $600 with Giga Electronics on Oct. 25th and payed with ***** through ***** online. I immediately received a text saying we received your order please pay and send us a picture and we will send it out. Once I made the payment to the email *********************, I immideatly had a weird feeling that they were a scam. Within a few minutes, I called ***** but they said that I made it on their website but through ***** and they can't cancel it. I called ***** and their automated message was they if I paid through my bank online account, I should call them. I filled out a scam report that is available on *****'s website, all they do it forward it to the reciever's bank account. I wrote to the number I was texting with at Giga to cancel my order. They were upset but said they will refund me in 3 days. Later in the day, they texted me and they they already shipped my product. They texted me a tracking number which is ********************* on **********************************. I told them this is a fake site with a fake tracking. They told me I need to follow the instructions on there in order to get my product. Obviously there are no instructions. I did a google search and there are 2 sites I found listed below that had reviews from past customers that have experience the same this as I have.
