On 7-7-21 Took my boat in for repair. Was told I needed to put up $300.00 to start and I did.On 7-12-21 received phone call telling me I needed a new outdrive. To order one, the part will cost $1500.00 again up front. on 7-21-21 I gave him another $1200.00, which totals $1500.00. Two weeks went by and no call. I went to the shop and he said the part was order and on the way. Two weeks later he said he never received the part. did I want to cancel the part and get my money back. I said Yes. Its been 4 weeks and I have no money returned. he keeps giving me excuses why he doesn't have my money.Customer response
