      I placed an order back at the end of February with them and got it sometime at the beginning of March, but I never opened the package until now since I didn't need the items unit this upcoming quarter for nursing school clinicals. When I placed my order I selected a size large for everything since I knew exactly what size I would need (I tried some on at a local scrub store), also I only wear a size M/L in everything. But now that I have opened my package this company has sent me everything in a size Xlarge and refuses to do an exchange. First they told me its been over 30 days, then they tried to tell me that's what I ordered. I would never order a size that doesn't fit me and pay almost $200 for it, so now they're telling me I'm stuck with this order and nothing can be done. When something happen on their end/with their system when I placed my order and they will not admit to it. I even offered to pay to ship everything back to them and all the items still have tags on them and have never been worn or washed.

      Attached is a copy of Heather *****s order.  You can see that she placed an order for XL items.  We receive hundreds of orders a day and have never had someone say that their order somehow changed from the sizes they selected.  It is our belief that she ordered XL's.  During the ordering process she would have an opportunity to review her order sizes prior to submitting.  She also would have received the exact email attached showing the sizes as XL.  This pic is a copy of that email.   Unfortunately 5 of the 7 items are embroidered which are not returnable or exchangeable.   On our site each embroidered item we have language that states ALL SALES ARE FINAL as shown in the product image attached.  The only items that were not embroidered are the 2 pair of pants.  If she would like to exchange the pants we will do so.  She may exchange them by shipping them to Robert's Medical Uniforms, **** ********** *** *** *** ************ ** ******  Please put Attn.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Their system messed my order up and if they cannot own up to that then I will take this to the ohio attorney General office next. I didn't order xl and don't own anything in xl so why would I even order that size when I tried scrubs on at a local store to verify size and knew I needed a large???
