            I hired this company last year back in the spring to pour a cple of concrete pads for my home. The company kept rescheduling the date of the job all year until they finally came on October 6 2021 to pour the concrete. I was advised to not drive on the new concrete for at least a year, which was fine by me and no-one drove on it. The new concrete, after some of the snow melted last month, I noticed a huge 10 ft crack on the pad out front. It was from one end to the other. I have photos of this and also a video showing the snow build up and that no-one had driven on it at all. To me it seems the prep work was not done right and that is why it cracked. I have been trying to email and call the company for a month now. They will not respond to me either way. The company was paid in cash and its been paid in full. I can submit a receipt upon request. Im requesting help from the BBB to contact the company on my behalf because the company is not responding with myself.
