      I reached out to the company on 10/25/22 to start an order on my Jeep Wrangler after a few neighbors highly recommended the shop. The owner, ****, responded promptly to my work request I had submitted to the shop and was very helpful in getting me set up to order the correct parts. I sent him a $1000 Zelle down payment on 10/27/22. Then the poor communication started to get scheduled for service. When it was finally the day of my appointment, 11/17/11, as confirmed with **** a couple days before, I showed up at the time of the appointment and NO ONE WAS AT THE SHOP (and no one ever came or answered my phone calls/ voicemails). I was beyond understanding, when I found out about a personal thing that came up for ****. I reached out a couple times in attempt to reschedule. After a couple more weeks, I got frustrated with the lack of communication from the shop/ ****, especially since I was already a paying customer out $1000 and decided to cancel the job and would need to be refunded (at this point I felt it was just bad business). **** agreed in writing to give me a refund of my deposit of $1000 back on 12/9/22. For the first few weeks he would still return a phone call once in a while telling me this would be the week, he would refund me. Now it is 1/25/23, and I was told by him 12/27/22, the refunded money is in his account from the distributor for the parts. Yet, I STILL cannot get my deposit back as promised. At this point, I have left dozens of professional but firm calls/ texts/ emails/ voicemails to get my money back and it's always a different story. Now I can't get a single response back, last text I received was 1/5/23. I have filed a claim with my bank (PNC) for fraud because no services were provided nor were the parts paid for, nor did I get refunded. However, claim was closed as the original Zelle payment was legit. I left a google review to protect others on 1/17/23. I'm not sure what else to do and just need help getting my deposit refunded! Thank you.
