    I had problems with overheating with my 2001 Chrysler Sebring. I had it towed to the closet shop to me that was open and available. It was there for a little over a week. When I called them they said it was ready to be picked up. I was on my way over the next morning before work with my grandfather. They called me back saying it was now leaking radiator fluid out of nowhere. I Just paid them $2,600 to fix all the problems I had due to overheating. I was in a rush to get to work because I was already running late and they quoted me another $600 to fix it. I told them I do not have the money right now and was it ok to drive to work. They said yes and filled it with extra fluids just in case. By the time I had left the parking lot my airbag light had turned on. When I got to work I noticed a multitude of issues. I work 18 minutes away from the repair shop and contacted them and took pictures of everything as soon as I arrived. There was dents and long scratches all across my back bumper and a big dent/black scratches under the front bumper where they said the radiator is now leaking fluids. None of these issues where documented or diagnosed when I dropped the car off. Someone at the shop must have either rear ended or backed into my car while it was in their lot or one of the mechanics did something to it while working on it/ test driving it. They are refusing to fix it or take accountability for what happened to the car. To get it fixed it would be 600 more dollars or "prove" that they are responsible. I have Pictures of the minor scratches/ dents on car when purchased because I was wanting to get them fixed and pictures of the car after leaving their shop. I ask for a adjustment to my bill for the amount of the radiator. I am going to be getting the radiator and body damage fixed elsewhere because I feel as if my car is not safe there. Following bringing them to small claims court.

    As a certified technician, I was displeased with the work done to my mother’s car. My mother had some front suspension work done including lower control arms o her jeep with roughly 110k miles. Performing an inspection, I found the ball joints and bushings severely damaged as if they were not replaced. I had my shop foreman as well as other technicians look at the work that had been done and they said that it seemed as if they didn’t even touch the vehicle. I took photos and let my mom drive one of my cars in the mean time because it was a safety hazard given the current condition. They said they would redo the work under warranty. Needing tie rods, she accepted paying for those to be replaced on top of the warranty work. They told her she would have to pay $100 for the alignment which was part of the warrantied job of replacing the control arms. After asking if the could warrant the alignment even after my mother insisted on continuing her business with them by getting her tie rods replaced, they still charged her. Over the phone, the gentleman seemed not to care much about what I had to say and explain how an alignment is necessary for the work that was warrantied. I have never seen a vehicle with new control arms let alone new parts in general, fail the way they did. Both ball joints were extremely loose and both bushings were cracked. I have worked for Goodyear in the past and do not think that this has been a good instance great customer service.
