1/18/23 i was charged $72.37 on my bank account. I never put in a payment for this day and my account has been closed for over a month now. My account has been brought to negatives because of this.Business response

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the corresponding complaint filed by our customer (Complainant). IVY Funding Six, LLC dba IVY Finance appreciates the role of the Better Business Bureau in resolving consumer concerns. We are happy to provide this response.
To summarize, the complainant states her account had been closed for over a month when an unauthorized payment was processed on January 18, 2023, in the amount of $72.37. The complainant is requesting a refund for the unauthorized transaction.
Our records confirm that on September 19, 2021, the Complainant was approved for a Line of Credit for $200.00 with IVY Funding Six, LLC dba IVY Finance. Since then, the Complainant had numerous advances which were all paid in full. On October 7, 2022, the Complainant obtained an advance in the amount of $400.00; however, this was not paid in full. Payments were made as follows:
November 4, 2022 - $20.00
November 24, 2022 - $90.00
December 9, 2022 - $91.00
Pursuant to our rights under the loan agreement, due to nonpayment, the account was subsequently sold to ********* ******* on December 19, 2022, including all outstanding principal ($236.55), outstanding interest ($2.91), and outstanding annual fee of ($50.00). Since IVY Finance is no longer the account holder and did not process the payment on January 18, 2023. We suggest that the complainant reaches out to ********* ******* to discuss her account and the transaction that she is referring to in the corresponding complaint.
