This the an horrible dishonest moving company! I tried to pay the company via Zelle and I got a notification from my bank, letting me know that they needed to review it before releasing the payment. The gentleman looked at me and said ma’am we can’t take any of your items off the truck until we get a payment so I then cash app the payment and sent a tip to all of the workers. The gentleman assured me that if both payments went through and they received the Zelle payment they would immediately refunded that was October 30, 2023. It is now January 4. They lied to me numerous times telling me that they keep trying to send it back and somethings wrong called my bank. There’s definitely not anything wrong, they started ignoring my messages on instagram! The last ones have yet to be opened! I was able to get a phone number, the gentleman let me know that they would bring me a money order the day that I contacted them and will call me back by noon to give me an update and that only did they not come and bring me a money order they never answered the phone again. I left a messages on the business telephone number I even contacted the owner personally since he used to date my niece! don’t be fooled by all these five star reviews. I had a gash in my 1930s home doorway. The bottom of my mattress is completely ripped and a big chunk of a table from the 1950s marble top was also chipped. I paid $773.90 plus an additional $773.90 plus a $100 tip! I found out yesterday that I am able to file a police report so I will be doing that over the next couple of days. This is theft! Might be my fault since I thought it’s a business I own a business of course the business owners not gonna lie to you and they’re gonna make sure that their customers happy but that doesn’t seem to be the case with all small businesses be aware and hire anyone else in the area besides these people!
