      We travelled today for a trade in and buying a new car. The deal did not work out , but Mike instilled excess fear and made us sign a piece of paper that our car is not safe. Excellent business strategy in trying to do the trade favorable to you. We are safe and at home. But such kind of fear instillation and emotional manipulation is not needed by big care dealers like yourself. We got a better deal locally . I hope you treat your customers better in future and may be with some kindness and respect.

      Thanks for emailing with Heather and I — I totally understand and I apologize. As I explained, we genuinely were extremely concerned over the safety of your vehicle after our technician checked it out. The last thing we wanted to do was to have you and your husband drive the vehicle back to Cincinnati and have an accident. We had an obligation to tell you about what bad shape the car was in since we had a technician examine the vehicle. There was no nefarious plan to get you to accept less money for your trade, but I understand how it made you feel and I am really sorry. When a service customer comes in to our store and we determine the car is unsafe to drive, we will have them sign a paper acknowledging that because otherwise if they drive off and get in an accident, then we could be liable. I absolutely hate that we made you feel bad — it is 100% not what I ever want to do. If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.       Phenomenal customer service! I had traveled back home from Georgia and one of my tires wasn't holding air. From start to finish every member of the Acura team was "all in" with helping figure out what was wrong and getting it taken of. Between ***** ***** and **** (who took the video once he discovered the issue), this was the best customer service I have had in years. Possibly, the best customer service ever. I'm half a ******************** old so I've had plenty. Thank you for the experience and helping me get back home (2nd home) safely.
