April 8th, 2024, I bought a 2016 Chevy Equinox. This is my very first car. The carfax I was given only had a small dent on the rear bumper. I loved the car! 32 days LATER I hear knocking in my engine and took my car in the very next day since I had a warranty. I was given my car back TWO days later and was told that three technicians LOOKED and DROVE the car and said there was nothing wrong. I wasn’t given any inspection sheet and was told if I wanted one, I would have to PAY for it. Twenty minutes later my car is making the same noise but worse. I once again take it back to get an inspection 3 days later. I was told my car will be taken to Chevy to have a deeper diagnostic. Three days later I go to pick my car up and all of a sudden there was a minor issue (purge Valve was replaced) that was resolved. They said they couldn’t get my car to recreate the noise and had no reason to send it to Chevy. When I asked why they wouldn’t look at my transmission, they responded saying they don’t know how and only Chevy can. I asked why they didn’t send it to them since this was my SECOND inspection, they said because there is no noise. As if I was making this whole problem up. I drove off and my car was continuing to shake and make noise. Anytime I shift gears it was Rattle, shake, and knock. They refuse to send my car to Chevy and are waiting until my warranty is OVER to do anything about it. I have been trying to get ahold of the service manager or even the technicians and I am getting hung up on, ignored and neglected after only having this car for 42 days!!!!!! I am a single mom and will have this car for the next 5 years! I will NEVER go through or even recommend Tansky to anyone!!

I have bought a few cars, as well as my parents have been continued customers of tansky…NO MORE!! I recently traded my 2017 Camry into a different, highly reputable dealership. When I ansked my salesman, and then his manager to explain to me why the trade in offer was several thousand less than KBB and all other online offers I’ve gotten? Well they showed me the carfax, the ACTUAL car fax. 3 accidents on the car I bought from Tansky. When buying that car from Tansky, a carfax was shown to me, and broke down, showing some oil changes and nothing else. It was a FAKE CAR-FAX!!! So beware, really check the vin number and maybe see if you can watch the “financial supervisor” pull that car-fax in front of you, so you can make sure it’s the correct vin number, and is REAL!! My car before that, was bought used from tansky, driving home the colored plastic cover on the drivers side mirror was already cracked but “glued together” and the sun visor fell out, and the handle on the passenger side. Little things, I know, and used car as is, I understand. But those “little things” are supposed to be fixed by so called “good dealerships” Do not buy from this dealer!!

We went for an estimate to sell a 2010 RAV and ******* spent 10 minutes ‘inspecting’ it - without even driving - which the car is solid - one elderly owner - low mileage considering the age - and noted several ‘dings’ all over the car. She ticked off that it had been in previous accidents and painted, which it has not. The Kelley’s Blue Book came back ‘ineligible’ - all so they could low ball their offer. And now we can’t sell to anyone. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I took my 2011 Tacoma in for service. Have been going here for service for several years. I take my truck in to have a wheel bearing replaced. They don't have the part. thank goodness I payed for a loaner. I get a call from the service advisor telling me that my front brakes need replaced, also the serpentine belt and said I had a front strut that was leaking but not bad enough that I had to replace it right away. I told them to go ahead with the brake and belt replacement and would do the strut at a later date considering my bill was already going to be **** dollars. The following afternoon I get a call saying mu truck is ready. I turn in the loaner, pay my bill and go to head home in the truck. Before leaving the lot applying the brakes to leave the dealership I noticed some brake noise both from the front and the rear. I thought I would drive it a couple miles in normal traffic to see if it would go away. It didn't so I took it back to the dealership service area and a different service advisor came out to ask me what the problem was. I told him the brakes were making noise and I had just had them replaced. They took the truck back and after waiting he tells me the noise from the front was a pin in the caliper had come loose and was fixed and the rear noise was a rear shock leaking and would I like to have them replaced. I told him no which at that time made me feel they were just trying to soak me for another repair bill. I told him I would no longer do business with this dealership. On the way back home I continue to hear a squeal in the front brakes but no noise from the "bad shock".Be very careful going to this dealership.

This location should be investigated for price gouging. I have gone there for a while and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes not. The service is always slow. I took my car in due to a broken seat belt. The part that the buckle goes into was the only thing that needed replaced. I explained what was wrong over the phone and they said bring it right in we have time to take you now. I got there and 30 mins later they informed me they do not have the part. They said there are only two in the entire country and if they don't order it right away they would have to wait for more to be made (really?). I asked how much the part is and they said $375+ (honestly I don't remember the exact price). They said 3 times they could try and order it. I finally said, are you going to order it or are you going to try? He said he would order it. He also said the labor would run around $375. I asked him to order it but told him I would be looking for another shop to fix it. I called Germain Toyota and they quoted me $77 for the part and around $200 for labor. I took it there and it came out to $262 total, parts, labor, taxes and fees. They did an awesome job, were very friendly and did it quickly. ****** is a joke and you should not every allow them near your car.

I've been a ****** customer for a little over six years and will never return for another vehicle again. Please never lease or purchase a vehicle from this location and avoid trading your car in here at all costs. See below for my reasoning.I paid off a lease a few months in advance but then received an email back in October about the dealership buying out leases and used vehicles, so I checked out their selection and decided to move forward with a lease toward a new RAV4. I called Toyota ********* Services and requested a refund for my overpayment and they obliged, letting me know that it would take a few weeks to reach me via check in the mail but it was in process. I moved forward with the RAV4 and that was that.A month later I still hadn't received the check, I called Toyota ********* and they let me know that the dealership didn't pay the full amount of the lease and they kept my money to make up the difference. They then explained that the dealership would have to refund my money because of the shortcoming/end of lease terms.I called the dealership, explained my situation, and was told a manager would reach out to me in a few days. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeated this process three times and still hadn't heard anything, so I got a corporate customer service resolution specialist to forward my issue to one of their corporate team members within the dealership who then reached out to me.After explaining the situation again, she said she'd need to review the lease agreements and would contact me again. After a day or so she reached out and couldn't determine where my overpayment had been made, then got the sales manager, *******************, to speak with me about it. He was immediately defensive and accusatory saying that they didn't owe me anything, etc. etc. I explained that there was absolutely an amount owed to me, I paid for 36 months and turned it back in for a new lease after 34 and that I can't be charged for something that I didn't even have in my possession. His first reaction was literally "Why would you pay ahead"?. He then went on to say the refund would have to come from Toyota ********* since they provided the payoff quote. I asked if he'd call them with me and he refused saying he would only speak to the same representatives I would. Clearly it was going nowhere, so I said I'd call them again and did. After they told me the same thing, I took things to the Attorney General for mediation since neither party was helping me. Once the mediation began, the story changed to "We've tried explaining equity to this customer multiple times" and that they don't owe me any money, etc. I explained the math, showed them where to find the information I used on their own documents, and then never received a response and they let the mediation fail. I called Toyota Headquarters to escalate the issue and they said they can't do anything other than log a complaint against the dealership. It's been seven months now and I've still not received a dime. This dealership, and Toyota as a whole, is an awful company with no moral integrity and are completely untrustworthy. I legitimately loathe this company and dealership and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please do not purchase a vehicle with Toyota as they clearly cannot be trusted in the slightest to correct any errors on their end.
