I ordered a pizza from Romeo's pizza for delivery on 11/12/21 via the app. Order number is ******* and total $19.98. The order arrived around 7:30 p.m. and once I opened the box I discovered that the pizza was not fully cooked. The crust appeared raw and the sauce and cheese seemed as if they never went into the pizza oven. I immediately called the store number (614-789-0014) and there was no answer after holding over 6 mins. I called back in a two hour time span and nobody ever picked up the phone. I finally gave up and decided to call in the morning. The next day, 11/13/21, shortly after 10:00 a.m. I called back to the same number. A "manager" named ******* or something similar answered and stated that I would need to call back at 1:00 p.m. because he could not access the records from yesterday and only a district manager (****) would be able to. I called back shortly after 1 p.m. and asked to speak with ****, the district manager. The person answering the phone said that he was ****. It sounded exactly like the person I had just spoke to a few hours ago. He offered to send out another pizza which I declined. He then said he could put in for a refund. I said that was fine and asked about how long that would take. He said about a day or two because he needed to have the district manager put it in. I thought he was the district manager, or he probably lied to me just to get me off the phone. I thanked him and hung up the phone. At this point I am not even sure if I will actually get a refund.
